Well done to the 3,4 and 6 milers tonight, who took on the Pandy clock plod….only in reverse! Bet it was lovely with a little drizzle on your face and a little cooler too. Special thanks to Lisa Jones for hosting tonight for the first time, I hope they behaved themselves! 😉👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Well done everyone that got out of bed for MRC’s sunny Sunday Social run, which this week was the Ponty Plod led by Matt Stride. We had distances from 2 miles (returning from injury), 10, half marathons and even up to 17 miles. A special mention too, for Ashley Webber who completed his first ever half marathon distance this morning 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🎉🎉🎉

Everyone enjoyed well deserved refreshments, before catching the train back to Merthyr. 🧁☕️🍺🥓🍳 😊

Great little parkrun weekend for club some of us went up North to Abermawr and some of us popped over to Aberdare to celebrate Carwyns 200th Parkrun 👏👏👏.. many congrats to him!

Wherever you went hopefully you had a good one in the slightly the cooler weather 🥰😊
