Byddant yn datblygu gwaith tîm, dygnwch a pharch tra'n cael hwyl mewn amgylchedd diogel a chymorthgar.

Ar ôl y sesiwn flasu, bydd yr sesiynnau hyfforddiant yn digwydd bob nos Fawrth o'r 8fed o Fedi.

We are looking for new players to join our Junior teams (Under 7s – 10s).

Give rugby a try! Rugby is a fantastic way for children to stay active, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy the outdoors. They’ll develop teamwork, resilience and respect while having fun in a safe, supportive environment.

Following the taster session, training will take place every Tuesday evening from the 8th September.

Join us this Sunday for our monthly Llewod y Bont mixed ability session. New players are always welcome. Croeso cynnes i chwaraewyr newydd.

Two weeks of pre-season are in the bag and the energy is high as the boys push through gruelling sessions. With last year's squad retained and exciting new recruits on board, we are building up to our first league game on September 5th!
