Just an average Wednesday evening you say.....well, @aledlwilliams, who devised the route, talked me into giving the ‘Swellies SUP Challenge’ a go, on a half decent flood tide. And my god does it test your technical skills and determination paddling against the tide. 6km sure felt like 60km...
