We had a lovely heart-filled day at Scalford Court! 🥰
This week our residents got creative with some arts and crafts, making beautiful hearts to celebrate World Heart Week. 💕 Lots of colourful creations, plenty of chatting and, of course, a few crafty masterpieces! 🎨✂️
Then this afternoon, we swapped the glue and scissors for microphones and enjoyed an afternoon of karaoke! 🎤🎶 There were plenty of smiles, singing and some very enthusiastic performances from our residents and staff! 😂❤️
A day full of creativity, music, laughter and lots of love — just how we like it at Scalford Court! 🥰🏡❤️

🎤🎶 What a way to spend an afternoon at Scalford Court! 🎶🎤
We had the fabulous Steve O’Connor joining us for an afternoon of live music, and what a treat it was! ❤️
Our residents thoroughly enjoyed the singing, the music and a good old listen… while the activity team clearly took their job of providing the entertainment far too seriously! 😂💃🕺
Let’s just say the residents may not have been up dancing, but the staff certainly made up for it!
A huge thank you to Steve for bringing such a lovely atmosphere to Scalford Court. We had a wonderful afternoon filled with music, smiles and plenty of fun. 🎶❤️

🌞🚤 A Wonderful Day on the Water! 🚤🌞
What a truly lovely day our residents had aboard the Sunbeam Narrowboat! 💕
We enjoyed a beautiful journey along the river from Wanlip to Mountsorrel, travelling through some of the locks and taking in the lovely scenery along the way. 🌿🌊
There was plenty of laughter, a delicious picnic 🧺, and some wonderful music to enjoy as we cruised along. 🎶❤️ It was a fantastic opportunity to relax, make memories and simply enjoy each other’s company.
A huge thank you to the wonderful crew on board for making us all feel so welcome and ensuring we had such a special and enjoyable day. Your kindness and warmth made the trip even more memorable. 🥰

🎨 A special thank you to our fantastic face painter, who created so many wonderful designs and brought lots of smiles to the day.
🎶 Thank you to Nikki Smith for the fantastic entertainment and for helping to create such a lovely atmosphere. We really appreciate you joining us!
🍔🍰 A massive thank you to our wonderful catering team for providing the delicious BBQ and all those gorgeous cakes. Everything was enjoyed by everyone!
