FOF holds weekly sessions, providing players with 'ball at feet' technical training and small sided games of 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 & 4v4. At FOF we focus on individual skill development delivered through our very own unique Player Development Pathway and innovative curriculum. Our goal is to develop players that are comfortable using both feet with flawless technical ability partnered with a creative mind and tactically aware football brain - the complete technical player with a licence to be creative. Our approach to achieve this is to create an environment in which every player feels comfortable to express him or herself and has the confidence to take in new skills, absorb knowledge and apply it in a game situation. We will encourage inventiveness and praise creativity. Sessions will be relaxed, but focused and there will be an application of deep practice – encouraging players to not necessarily increase their effort levels but to enhance their thinking and their ability to break down and learn a new skill. At FOF the emphasis of winning or losing is lowered. Our approach will reemphasize the value of learning skills, developing individual technique and ability but also understanding and applying the meaningful values of sportsmanship and teamwork. We want to create an environment that ignites a desire in all our players to recognise and fulfil their potential through willingness to listen, learn, practice and as a result improve, but also to work just as well as part of a team. ⚽️ WE’RE RECRUITING: FOF TECHNICAL LEAD & BATH HUB MANAGER

Future of Football is looking for an ambitious and highly skilled coach to lead and grow our Bath Development Hub.

The successful candidate will:

🔵 Deliver high-quality technical sessions every Friday, 4:00pm–7:30pm
⚪ Manage player progress, communication and development goals
🔵 Build relationships with local schools and football clubs
⚪ Promote the hub and help increase player participation
🔵 Create clear grassroots pathways for local players

Applicants must have experience coaching or playing at a high level, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Academy coaching experience is highly desirable.

A valid UK driving licence and reliable transport are essential.

We offer an excellent rate of pay, three paid administrative hours per week and the autonomy to shape and grow a major FOF hub.

Academy Success ⭐️

Huge congratulations to original FOF family member Karson Coles, who has officially signed his scholarship with Swindon Town FC! 🔴✍️⚽

Karson joined FOF at just 3 years old, showing rare talent from the start before heading to Southampton’s academy at age 8. Football is rarely a straight line, but through every challenge in his early teens, his resilience shone through.

Swindon Town recognized that drive. At just 16, Karson is already featuring for the U18s and recently earned his U21s debut. Best of all, he’s remained the same grounded, respectful young man who still checks in to thank his grassroots coaches.

A massive achievement from a top player with a winners mindset. Keep pushing, Karson- the whole FOF family is behind you! 🚀

⭐️Signed to Brighton Academy!⭐️

A huge congratulations to Damari Goulbourne, who has officially signed to Brighton & Hove Albion U15 from Bristol City Academy.

Damari was an early starter at FOF coming along to our stars programme at just 3 years old, one of our very first young starters. He later became a player at FOFFC at u11/u12 where we had the pleasure of seeing his development.

Future of Football are so proud to have played a small part in Damari’s journey. He’s an extremely talented individual and has the character to go far. We wish him and his family every bit of luck In this exciting new chapter ahead!

Future of Football is looking for an ambitious and committed coach to lead our U14 JPL team for the 2026/27 season.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of players and support their development within a positive, competitive environment.

Applicants must have:

⚽️ A UEFA C Licence
⚽️ Previous team coaching experience
⚽️ A full driving licence
⚽️ Availability for midweek training sessions
⚽️ Availability for Saturday fixtures
⚽️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

This Saturday, FOFFC Men’s Team will kick off their Trowbridge & District Division Two campaign against Wessex Albion FC! ⚽️

This is a hugely proud and historic moment for our club as the men’s team begins its competitive league journey.
