Thank you to everyone who came down for the birthday workout. Full room, plenty of noise, a few sore legs and a lot of laughing at people who probably should have paced themselves better.

8 years ago this was an empty unit and an idea. Now it’s this lot.

But most importantly, its about the people that make it all happen in the first place.

The ONF team. Seeing them more often than family and friends, makes them a key part of everyday life. And who better to do life with than these lot aye.
