Saturday morning started a little different than usual…
An hour of somatic yoga to slow down and reset my nervous system
It oddly found me crying, left me angry and with a livid headache
BUT
Once I had let my body resettle, the benefits came through and I feel more at peace
I clearly need to make this a regular activity, in order to get the real advantages of this practice 🧘🏻‍♀️

Hello September!
What does the first month of Autumn mean to you?
For me…
It’s dodging rain showers to get my daily walk in and then finding it surprisingly warm 🥵
It’s practicing yoga or Pilates and then being able to relax in a warm bath 🛀
It’s having a cheeky hot chocolate ☕️
It’s cozying up on the sofa with a blanket 🛋️

But it’s also a time when I look forward into the last quarter of the year and wonder what’s in store 🤔 Do you plan ahead or just let the seasons evolve 🍁 🍂

What a lovely day, full of relaxing Pilates & PT sessions ☺️Have a great weekend all!
