This week we had lots of fun exploring our cute (and slightly tight! 😂) animal masks 🐻🐰🦁 We enjoyed naming the animals and getting creative with our bodies as we moved, played and brought them to life! ✨

SENIORS: Across the floor ✨

This term, we’re sticking with the same three combos — giving my Seniors the chance to really develop their skills, build confidence, and most importantly, learn to travel with their movement. Bigger steps, stronger intention, more oomph. 💥 It was hot and muggy in the hall today, but they absolutely smashed it.

And with those sunset lights… safe to say we’re officially leaping into autumn. 🍂🧡💗

✨ Rising Stars – Welcome Back! ✨

What a lovely group! 🌟 Lots of smiles and laughter were shared today, and it was so lovely to see everyone enjoying themselves! The children were fantastic when moving across the floor during our brand-new ‘Let’s Develop’ section, where we’ll be developing and challenging our skills each week. 💪✨

We also started a brand-new contemporary routine to ‘The Climb’ by Miley Cyrus 🎶. There was already so much expression from the children, which was amazing to see! I can’t wait to see how this routine develops over the coming weeks. 💫

This week’s Star of the Week went to Olivia for her fantastic listening and for pushing herself when learning new skills! 🌟

✨ Little Stars – Welcome Back! ✨

Welcome back, everyone! We’re starting off the new term strong with our brand-new ‘Let’s Learn’ — where each week we’ll focus on learning a new skill! 🌟

Today’s skill was moving in time with music 🎶 — and everyone did such a great job! We also started our term routine dance to ‘We’re All in This Together’ from High School Musical 💃🕺, and I’m already so impressed with how everyone is picking it up!

I’ve also introduced Stars of the Week across Little Stars, Rising Stars and Seniors ⭐️✨

This week’s Little Stars went to:

⭐️ Mia — for great enthusiasm and focus when learning the start of our new routine!

⭐️ Bonnie — for super stretching during our warm-up!

✨ Welcome back, Tiny Stars! ✨

What a lovely start to our new term! This week, we listened to some new music and enjoyed exploring the space around us, discovering all the different ways we can move, play and interact with our environment.

Our Magic Box surprise this week was filled with long, colourful rainbow wands 🌈✨. It was lovely to watch the children explore these in their own unique ways — waving, twirling, reaching, moving and creating their own wonderful ideas through play.
