We’re easing into autumn with our super cosy Hygge Yin Yoga classes 🕯️🍁 Think candlelight, warmth, slowing right down and giving yourself space to unwind.

As always, chairs are available, and everything can be adapted to suit you and your body. Beginners are very welcome. 🤎

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, give yourself permission to slow down. Join us for a cosy, candlelit Yin Yoga practice inspired by the Danish concept of *hygge*-finding comfort, warmth and contentment in life's simple moments. Expect long, supported stretches, mindful breathing and deep relaxation to help you release tension, nourish your nervous system and embrace the slower rhythm of autumn.
