This Equinox Ceremony is a chance to slow down, unwind and intentionally navigate your way from the summer season into Autumn.

During the ceremony there is time and space to reflect, share, listen and be held in a nourishing, honest and nurturing space.

You will be guided in a parts work meditation, held in a community circle, guided through transformational practices and relax deeply to the sounds of South American and Eastern instruments.

✨️Expect grounding, expansion, healing and deep rest.

✨️A full sensory journey for mind, body and spirit.
