And that's another 6 hours of excellent training done at the UKTA National Seminar and Black Belt Grading in Aldershot. Time to rest my aching feet now. Grading is tomorrow. Good luck to everyone grading.

Great to see everyone returning to the Dojang after a quiet summer period. This week we had to get everyone back up to speed with some slightly rusty patterns and get those legs working again with kicking drills and padwork. We did a bit of step sparring as well. Back on to free sparring next week as we prepare for the UK Open Championships in October.

An excellent first aid course today hosted and instructed by Charlie Clark, IV Dan. Such a bonus to have a first aid trainer who is also a Taekwon-Do instructor making the course so relevant to our situation. It was also great to spend the day with our friends from Thames Valley Pro Taekwon-Do.
