Yesterday we attended The Ippon WKKC Ippon Challenge and took a small team.

Well done to Rowan got silver fought very well and did not give away anything, split decision.
Harriet got a bronze and silver well deserved and coached by Richard Wotton team CKC.

Thank you to Ross as well for supporting the team and the help.

But I would like to point out the main reason we do this.

It is mainly for personal growth and learn more about your self especially when under pressure.

Enjoy what you do but after every fight do not just learn how to get better but what you learn about YOU.

I hope to see you all tonight.

AMAZING

I am so proud for our first senior belts and especially proud about these two girls.

I promised them I would be mean and I am sure I delivered.
But the girls did everything we asked for, for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

But when both looked at me during the mental strength test to finish it, I felt how much they wanted it.

Well done
