Our Monday Club runs throughout August are around our beautiful surrounding villages. Last night saw us exploring Child’s Ercall & Ollerton. If you are thinking of joining our club, our usual runs will commence from September Mondays & Thursdays 1830 sharp at MD Sports Club Betton Road. We look forward to welcoming you in September 🧡🖤🧡🖤

Join MDRC to celebrate the class of 2026 couch to 5k runners! They will be doing their graduation 5k! All welcome.

Nb this is NOT an official park run and therefore all participants are responsible for adhering to the Highway Code. No roads will be closed.

A very special run for Sarah today at the Race For Life 5K around Telford Town Park 💖

Running in memory of her mum and father-in-law, today was about far more than the finish time. In very warm conditions 🥵 Sarah completed the course in an amazing 37:05.

Events like Race For Life are always so powerful — bringing people together to remember loved ones, celebrate strength and support an incredible cause.

Huge well done Sarah, we’re all so proud of you 💕

A special day for Sue and her family at the Run for the 97 5K ❤️
This annual event is held in memory of the 97 Liverpool fans who tragically lost their lives at Hillsborough. More than just a run, it’s a day filled with remembrance, togetherness and an incredible atmosphere.
Not about times or PBs — just making sure everyone runs home together 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️❤️
