🧡 Afternoon folks! - announcement! 📣
I hope everyone is having a beautiful Sunday.
We had some gorgeous classes this morning - thank you, as always, for showing up and sharing your practice with me. 🧡
Over the summer, something has become increasingly clear.
As class numbers have naturally varied from just 3 people in some classes to 10 in others, I’ve had the opportunity to really experience the difference that a smaller class creates.
And I have to say…I’ve loved it!
There is something quite special about having more space in the room
More space to move.
More space to breathe.
More space to notice what is happening within.
Greater depth.
I think many of you have felt that too.
The practice becomes quieter. More personal. More inward. More immersive. And ultimately, the quality of the experience becomes higher.
And so -
🧡Going forward, our yoga classes will be mostly capped at 8 people, with some classes occasionally reaching 9. Classes that are already full at 10 due to advance booking will remain at that number for a short period before reducing too. The intention is for 8 to become our usual class size for yoga.
This gives us more space, more freedom of movement, more individual attention and a more intimate environment for your practice.
And alongside that change, I’ve also taken the opportunity to review our pricing.
For some time, I’ve known that our prices haven’t fully reflected the quality of teaching, the smaller class environment and the experience we’re creating here. It also means that newcomers can come and sample our classes at the lowest we’ve priced them yet and that loyalty is rewarded.
So it feels right to bring our pricing into alignment with that.
✨ NEW PRICING
🧡Intro Pass — £20
3 classes • Single use • Valid for 30 days from first use
🧡5 Class Pass — £48
Valid for 90 days from first use
🧡10 Class Pass — £85
Valid for 90 days from first use
🧡Weekend Warrior 75 — £55
5 x 75-minute classes • Valid for 90 days from first use
🧡Drop-in 60 min classes — £10
The passes are there not only to offer better value, but to encourage something I believe is really important:
consistency.
Yoga isn't something we experience fully in a single class. We begin to notice the changes when we keep returning; when we keep showing up for ourselves. When the practice becomes part of our rhythm rather than something we do occasionally.
That’s also why the Intro Pass is there - three classes gives you enough time to experience the practice, the teaching and the space, rather than making a decision based on a single session.
And yes, there are plenty of places where yoga is included in a gym membership. But what we’re creating here is something different. A dedicated yoga space, small classes. Thoughtful teaching.
Individual attention. Gym yoga and studio yoga - really quite different.
An environment where you can step away from everything else for a little while and turn your attention inwards. That’s what I want to protect and continue to build.
Thank you for being part of this community, for trusting us with your practice, and for continuing to show up.
Class passes purchased online as usual.

❤ Fall back into Autumn with with our restorative Kundalini Yoga Workshop for deeper awareness 🍂
With Jenny Jenergy Yoga and Well Being
A safe place for you to soften and relax and allow yourself to let go of stress, overwhelm, fatigue and exhaustion.
Discover how with this specific energy set of movements, breath and sound to unravel and leave you in a place of deep restorative rest.
If you're already into practising Kundalini yoga or are interested in finding out more, come along and discover what it's all about step by step.
This is probably going to be the afternoon you promised yourself all summer, that you would get round to spending time just for you. But as the weeks went by and you were called to help others and put yourself last and wonder why you feel exhausted.
These ancient profound sciences of kundalini yoga allow you to deepen your awareness as your 3 power centres align into a deeper state of consciousness.
Why do I practise and teach Kundalini Yoga?
Well that's the question isn't it... I was tired of feeling constantly depressed, anxious, lost and not feeling myself as life's challenges began to expand and was looking for something, but didn't know what it was. I felt lost and didn't know what to do and tired of living the same day in day out and wondered why nothing changed.
It was transformational as I discovered techniques that actually worked and with a daily ritual of spending time for myself created a huge impact in my life.
I was no longer getting up feeling tired and exhausted and dreading the next ground hog day! I felt awake and had lots more energy both physically, mentally and emotionally. I discovered a whole new me that I later discovered was there along.
I just hadn't spent the time on ME to realise it at the time. I began to feel motivated and didn't feel the pressure I had felt at the beginning before I started this practise.
It's available to all and if you really want to feel better then I highly recommend giving Kundalini Yoga a go.
I gained my confidence, improved my voice , felt emotionally stable and no longer over thought every worst case scenario! I was able to gain a greater perspective on life and was no longer in fear.
This transformational shift in me gave me the confidence and motivation to train and gain my 200hr Kundalini Yoga & Meditation certificate so I could share this transformational practise with others.
These are ancient techniques that have been around for centuries and were designed for this time on our planet to help support our well being and rediscover who we truly are.
These specific practises are designed for the householder who has many commitments and may find daily life begins to get on top of them and feel stagnant. That's why they are short and don't require hours sitting in meditation.
It's quick and effective and works when you begin a daily practise, even if you can fit 5 mins in a day you are going to notice a shift in your well being.
If this is something you would like to do and wonder what it is then please come along to the workshop.
We will be meeting at the wonderful Sattvic Studio on Sunday 6th September, 2 - 4.30pm
Wishing you the most wonderful day!
Take a breath, feel your feet on the earth and pause❤
Love
Jenny

🧡Hello all!!
With Lauren leaving us last week, Emma B will now be taking over Thursday Night Strong Flow.
Well-Being with Emma B
Emma has covered a few times for Lauren and the feedback has been phenomenal!!! 🧡🧡❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
Emma has previously taught the more “yin” styles of yoga at our studio, but believe me- the folks attending on Thursdays when she has covered love it! And some stay for the Yin straight after which Emma also teaches!!
If you’ve practiced for a while or a looking for a practice that builds heat and strength as well as awareness and a sense of steadiness, this is it!!
🧡Sooooooooo please welcome Emma for Thursday nights Strong Flow 6-7pm.
Here is a bit about Emma:
A dedicated educator since 2001, Emma holds a 500-hour teaching diploma with BWY. Over the years, she has taught students ranging from age 5 to 90, including sick and injured soldiers for the British Legion.
A Hatha teacher at heart but adores the benefits of Yin too. She pioneered Yin classes at Shrewsbury Club over 8 years ago.
Emma has taught in multiple gyms and community centres across North Wales and Shropshire, as well as spending time teaching in Southern Spain.
Holding a degree in psychology, Emma is deeply interested in how yoga and meditation can enhance our overall well-being, happiness, and resilience. For the past six years, she has also offered regular Sound Baths and Forest Bathing experiences—all of which help harmonise the nervous system, empowering participants to cultivate greater fulfilment and resilience in an increasingly chaotic world.
