as you will be required to produce your ticket(s) to gain entry into the exhibition. You may also be required to produce your ticket(s) upon request for inspection at any time. Failure to do so may result in you being ejected from the venue.

4. We regret that tickets are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. Tickets will need to be paid for in full on order. ABC Snooker Exhibitions does not condone tickets &/or memorabilia being sold on for profit.

5. Players appear circumstances permitting. Occasionally player line up/exhibition may be changed, postponed or cancelled. It is your responsibility to check that the exhibition is going ahead as staged. All advertised times are approximate and subject to change.

6. If the player line up is changed, no part refund will be offered. If the exhibition is postponed, your ticket(s) will be valid for the rescheduled date.

7. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. A refund will be offered within 7 days of the original announcement of the rescheduled date. If no refund is claimed within the 7 day period, then no refund will be offered after that period. It is the ticket holders responsibility to contact ABC Snooker Exhibitions to obtain a refund. To request a refund email - [email protected]. Tickets must be received within 7 days of a refund being requested.

8. If the exhibition is cancelled you will be able to obtain a refund. Tickets must be received within 7 days of a refund being requested.

9. Please keep your ticket(s) in order to obtain your refund. Tickets must be in a resalable condition. No ticket-No refund.

10. All player line ups/dates and venues are subject to change at short notice. If a player line up/venue or date is changed. ABC Snooker Exhibitions will publish the changes on Facebook and Twitter as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check that the exhibition is going ahead as staged.

11. Please ensure you arrive on time. Whilst every effort will be made to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the exhibition, admission cannot always be guaranteed.

12. Professional photography or recording is permitted with prior consent by ABC Snooker Exhibitions.

13. By attending the exhibition, you consent to being filmed and sound recorded as part of the audience.

14. If you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour at the exhibition, or are carrying offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances you will be refused admission to or ejected from the venue without compensation or refund. Please note that a dress code applies to all our exhibitions : SMART CASUAL DRESS - SMART JEANS ONLY. NO BASEBALL CAPS. NO OFFENSIVE WORDING ON CLOTHING.

15. ABC Snooker Exhibitions reserves the right to offer tickets at an introductory price &/or discounted price from time to time.

16. If you experience problems during the exhibition please bring this to the immediate attention of ABC Snooker Exhibitions as every effort will be made to resolve issues.
