🚨 TODAY’S THE DAY!🚨
The hours of training. The early mornings. The sweaty sessions. The questionable life choices. 😂
BATTLE OF THE BOXES 2026 IS HERE. 🏆
Six boxes. One floor. A whole lot of fitness, noise, nerves and questionable tactics. 👀
Today is about showing up for your gym , backing your team, having a good time on the dancefloor and leaving absolutely everything out there.
To everyone competing — trust your training, enjoy the madness and SEND IT. 🔥
To everyone coming to support — get loud. These athletes deserve it. 📣
Let’s make it one to remember.

🔥BATTLE OF THE BOXES🔥
⏳SAND SUICIDE⏳
This one is going to hurt. 🫠
And there’s a little incentive to go heavy 👀
Choose your sandbag wisely:
💪 70kg = +10 reps
💪 50kg = +5 reps
⚡ 30kg = no bonus
One bag. One shot. No hiding.
How heavy are you going? 👇

🔥 BATTLE OF THE BOXES — SLUG-IN IT 🔥
It’s time to get uncomfortable.
20 minutes. One team. One worm. And as many rounds as possible.
🐛 400m Worm Carry buy-in
💥 20 Worm Burpees
🏋️ 15 Worm Squats
🔥 10 Worm Clean & Jerks
💣 5 Worm Thrusters
Then choose your poison…
🚴 60 calories on the BikeErg, shared between the team
OR
🏃 400m run, completed by one athlete
Then… repeat. And repeat. And repeat. 👊
The worm carry is your buy-in — once it’s done, it’s done. The rest is all about teamwork, strategy and who can keep moving when the legs are screaming.
20 minutes. No hiding. No giving up.
Who’s ready to SLUG-IT OUT?

The hardest part of training consistently is accepting that progress isn’t always obvious.
Some days you’ll feel unstoppable.
Some days the warm-up will humble you. 😂
Both count.
Keep turning up, keep putting the work in and remember that the version of you who started would probably be pretty impressed with where you are now.
Consistency beats perfection. Every time.
