18 weeks with Scott Knowles keeping me accountable whilst I’m keeping others accountable.
This cut is special to me, it hasn’t been a sprint or a race.
I’ve had nights out and a hen do to remember.
This has been about feeling my best mentally and physically and with 4 weeks to go I feel exactly where I want to be.

On Tuesday 5th of May between 7:30am-9:30am & Thursday 7th of May between 5:30pm- 7:30pm The Uniit will be having some new promotional photographs and short videos taken.
Any member booked on classes during these times that do not wish to be captured in the background of these images which will be used on social media please DM stating which class you are booked on and we will ensure that you are not photographed.
