You asked and we are BACK!!! with not just one but two dates over the summer holidays for STARTS & TURNS clinic focus!!! With the massive success of the last clinic in May, I wanted to give my clients as much pool time as I could. Starts, turns, underwaters, transitions and finishes around 60% of your races especially in a 50 race. They are incredibly important and the foundation of any race. With both the starts and turns nearly full 😅

I want to offer some more pool time for my swimmers to get to support them as much as possible before a leave 🫶🏻🥺

Tuesday 28th July 630pm till 830pm
Tuesday 18th August 630pm till 830pm
Tuesday 25th August 630pm till 830pm

These 3 will be focussed on Underwaters, transitions, turns and drills and skills for all strokes including body alignment, sculling, race pace and how to strategize for those big events like 200 fly, 400 IM and 800 and 1500 free.

These 3 will be at Sharples High in Bolton 📍

Sunday 30th August 11am till 1pm IM focus. This will be at The Kings in Macclesfield. 📍
