***CLIENT SUCCESS STORY***
When Amy first got in contact last year she was looking for some support after having failed her first of three attempts at the bleep test in order to qualify for the police force. She had been raising her son more or less single-handedly for the past 18 years, working three jobs, but had finally made the decision to invest in herself, and take a step onto the career ladder. It hasn’t been a smooth road for Amy with injuries, an operation and various other set backs, but over the last few months Amy thoroughly committed to the plan, getting up early to get out running before work, going to the gym and swimming after work, and overhauling her lifestyle in preparation for the test. I was so pleased when Amy messaged to tell me she had passed on her second attempt, a life changing opportunity that she thoroughly deserves. Her efforts were also rewarded in this year’s Manchester 10k which she completed in a Personal Best time . Well done Amy 🥰.

Whether you’ve a target time in mind, or you’re simply looking to complete it, I’d love to hear from you! Please send a message and we can arrange a phone consultation to discuss how I may be able to help you, thanks, Katherine x

***CLIENT TESTIMONIAL ***
From Sally…
I have found Kat’s running plans invaluable for giving me structure and helping me to work on speed. I’ve learned a lot about what paces to run for different training runs. She keeps me motivated.

Off the back of London marathon, Lee has seen huge improvements in his parkrun times. He flew to Japan four days later…parkrun attempt number 1 came within 4s of his all time PB, attempt number 2, a 7s PB, and attempt number 3, an additional 34s improvement and best ever age grading! We still reckon there’s more in the tank but always nice to see that even if your marathon didn’t play out exactly the way you would have liked, all is not lost and all those weeks of training didn’t go to waste. By taking that improved fitness and mental resilience into the shorter distances, you are likely to see improvements, just like Lee!

On Sunday, my client Lee completed his first ever marathon ‘London 2026’ in just a touch over five hours, a massive personal achievement whilst also raising a ton of cash for his chosen charity. Lee has been the perfect client, following his training plan to the letter, and as a result not only was he able to enjoy the race from start to finish, he has also seen his times improve over all the shorter distances, as well as increasing his fitness by a whopping 569% this past year. Great work Lee, you’ve done yourself proud!
