Judo on as normal tonight for anyone who's not watching the game🥋🥋 As our dojo is echoey and to be considerate to other spectators, if anyone is planning to watch the game on their phones during lessons, please bring headphones or watch without sound🎧!

We had a full rainbow of grades on the mat on Wednesday this week! Our members put in a fantastic effort this week, braving the heatwave to show up and train

It's a bit hot this week! Here are some great reasons to do judo anyway...:
*You're going to be hot and sweaty anyway, so a bit more is no different
*Warm ups are easier
* We've got 2 big fans to push the warm air around
* It's always a great time to do judo!

Seriously tho, we will have plenty of drinks breaks, make sure you bring lots of water 💦
