“22 lbs down in body fat in seven months. I’ve dropped clothing sizes and gained confidence in my body, but the transformation has gone far beyond the physical results.

My mental health has improved, I’m more focused and productive at work, and I feel healthier, happier, and more confident.”

Those are Andy’s words.

And honestly, I’m proper made up for him.

Over the past seven months, I’ve watched him change far more than his body.

He has built confidence, Improved his health, become more focused at work.

And proven to himself what he is capable of when he commits to the process.

I’ve always said that my clients’ results belong to them.

Andy did the training, he made the changes and stayed consistent.

But being trusted to guide someone through that journey, and seeing the impact it has on every area of their life, is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching.

This is what getting in shape should give you.

Not just a lower number on the scales.

More confidence.

More energy.

Better health.

Increased strength

And a version of yourself you feel proud of.

If you are ready to make that kind of change, drop me a DM with the word READY and let’s have a chat.

One meal out does not require three days of restriction to “make up for it.”

One takeaway does not mean you have failed.

The real problem is not the occasional Hobnob.

It is the cycle of:

Restriction.
Craving.
Overeating.
Guilt.
Starting again on Monday.

That cycle keeps far more people stuck than the food itself.

A true lifestyle change should help you get results without making you terrified of birthdays, meals out, holidays, or having the occasional biscuit 👀

Eat nutritious food most of the time.

Train hard regularly and move your body.

Enjoy the foods you like without turning them into a moral crisis.

Because lasting results do not come from being perfect.

They come from being consistent enough, for long enough.

Unless you want to get absolutely shredded, you don’t need to give everything up, and live like a hermit.

I know because I’ve been in both camps.

From Dad-Bod to 👉 To the Dad that’s in shape, fit and healthy.

Tom is a father of 2, and along side trying to be the best Dad possible, he worked full time, which meant when it came to himself, he had little energy to prioritise his body and health.

Fast food and a few drinks throughout the week became the norm for him to wind down

Overtime, this meant he gained weight in the wrong places 😞.

Tom used to play football and go to the gym before life got busy so he knew how good it felt when he was in great shape, and wanted to get back to that.

He just needed a plan that worked with his life now, not the life he had 10 years ago.

So we used my 3 day CAP training system where he trained 3x days per week, at 1 hour at a time, and along side a diet plan tailored to him, he achieved the following 👇

- 28 lbs of fat loss

- Dropped the belly, and got a lean stomach.

- Fitted back into clothes he hadn’t worn for a while

- A body he’s proud to see in the mirror

The biggest win? He didn’t just lose weight, he became the man he wanted to be again.

Comment “3” and I will send over my 3 day split that’s helped me and my clients get in great shape without training 5 days per week and giving up your whole life.

First time I’ve had over 3 plates on my back for working sets in nearly 2 years due to a lower back injury. It’s been a long process to get back to being completely pain free again. But I tell you what, it makes you appreciate what your body can do when you’re pain free and healthy! It’s easy to take your body for granted until you experience pain from just putting your socks on 🤣

We’re not the same.

Comment “warm up” and I will send over the exact warm up system that has helped the men I coach break plateaus and get In shape injury free.

From overweight, sluggish, and shirts fitting too tight around his belly.

➡️ To leaner, athletic, stronger, and shirts fitting properly again.

This is my client

When we started working together last October, he’d fallen off track with his training and diet due to struggling with an injury.

The frustrating part?

Andy knew exactly how good life felt when he was in shape.

Having energy.

Feeling athletic.

Wearing clothes that fit properly.

Going on holiday without worrying about taking his shirt off.

He wanted that feeling back.

Now here’s what makes this transformation even more impressive

Andy is in his mid-50s and over the last 8 months we’ve had to navigate injuries, niggles, and setbacks along the way.

But every time a challenge came up, he looked for a solution instead of an excuse.

That attitude is exactly why he’s achieved:

✅ 22 lbs of body fat lost

✅ More lean muscle and a stronger, athletic physique

✅ Shirts and trousers that fit properly again

✅ More confidence heading into his summer holiday

The biggest lesson?

Getting back in shape isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about staying in the game long enough to win.

Well done mate. Enjoy your holiday ☀️

Getting in shape requires you to kill old habits, and build new ones. And in my opinion that’s where the real impact happens on how you see yourself as a person.

You don’t just see the good physique you’ve built, you’re proud of the changes you’ve had to make to get there.

That’s what it’s really about.

Number 2 is probably the worst one 🤮
