Yesterday was the end of our 6 week's Safe People course. It has been a great learning curve for all of us, learning loads of new tools, boundaries, wisdom to discern safe and unsafe traits and what to do. Great feedback from clients and giving them a safe place to share their struggles. What we learnt was to share with someone safe, not to be in isolation and connect with safe people.

Every Wednesday 1-3pm sewing class. Come join us. Bring something that you wish to repair whether a pocket that you want to add or fix a broken zipper. Free spaces available.

As part of saving energy cost, and for those who attended our fun and fry course, we gave away air fryers for the last course today. Everyone was very happy to get one.

Our fun and fry sessions, making jerk chicken wings! What a delicious spicy meal. Everyone went home very satisfied.

Weekly sewing classes from 1-3pm. Just bring yourself. Our experienced tailor will guide you through. "I always wanted to learn to sew and this was a great opportunity to realise my dream. I feel so proud that I achieved this and made a clothes peg bag today."- attendee.

Today we donated a sofa bed to one of our clients who started their new tenancy without any furniture. Your donations change lives. Please donate to us if you have or know of any good furniture that can be reused. We can arrange a free collection. Call us on 0161 3715522.
