🏃 COUCH TO 5K IS BACK! 🏃

Looking to begin your running journey this summer? Our Couch to 5k programme will get you moving!

This coach-led 12 week programme will take you step-by-step from your current level all the way to running a non-stop 5k. Absolutely no running or exercise experience is needed! It doesn't matter where you are starting, we'll get you to the finish line. 🏁

Have you ran previously but gotten out of the habit? Maybe you've had an injury or had to take a break for other reasons? Couch to 5k is an ideal way to return to running as it will reintroduce exercise to your routine in a gradual and safe way.

The sessions are totally FREE to attend. Participants must be aged 18+.🔞

📅Our first weekly session will take place on Sunday 2nd August at 10am. We meet at The Quadrants by the Fallowfield Loop entrance off Crayfield Road, M19 3NX.

📣Pride Run is back!

On Saturday 15th August, we'll be running around Levenshulme for our annual Pride Run as part of Levenshulme Pride 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️!

📍 Meet at Grounded MCR in Cringle Park from 11am onwards for fun, games, glitter and a musical warm up. We'll also be selling pride merch, raising funds for LGBTQ+ charities.

From 11.30am we'll be setting off on an inclusive, all-pace 4k jog/run/walk, taking in the sights of Levy! Afterwards, you're welcome to stick around for a picnic, coffee and Pride treats! ☕🍰

We'll also be welcoming Marc Cox Estate Agent as our event sponsor👏
