Our Sala Futsal Club Men’s fixtures are now in place for the new season as we step up into National Futsal League Tier 2.
After last season’s National League title, we’re looking forward to another huge year of futsal and some brilliant fixtures against clubs from across the country.
🏠 We start with back-to-back home games:
20 September – Birmingham WLV
27 September – York
Then the season runs all the way through to our final home game against Hull Eagles on 25 April.
We’d love to see as many of the Sala family as possible getting behind the lads throughout the season. ❤️💛

🇪🇸 ALEKSANDER’S BARCELONA FUTSAL EXPERIENCE 🧤⚽
A fantastic week in Barcelona for Sala goalkeeper Aleksander, who has had the opportunity to train with CET10 Futsal and L’Hospitalet Bellsport. 🇪🇸
Training in a different futsal environment, working with different coaches and players, and experiencing the game in a country with such a strong futsal culture can only help his continued development.
Aleksander has been a brilliant addition to Sala and it’s great to see him continuing to challenge himself, learn and gain new experiences away from his usual environment.
A huge thank you to everyone at CET10 and Bellsport for making him so welcome and giving him the opportunity to train. 👏

Everyone at Sala Futsal would like to wish Sala graduate Thelo Aasgaard the very best as he begins the next chapter of his career with RSC Anderlecht, joining the Belgian giants on loan from Rangers.

It’s always a proud moment for us to see players who spent part of their early development with Sala continuing to progress at the highest levels of the game.

From his early days with Sala, through Liverpool, Wigan Athletic and Luton Town, to Rangers, becoming a full Norway international and now moving into Belgian football with Anderlecht — it has been fantastic to follow Thelo’s journey.

We’re delighted that our new goalkeeper, Aleksander Kedziora, will be travelling to Barcelona next week to train with a number of clubs in the area.

The trip will give Alex the opportunity to experience a different futsal environment, train at a high intensity and learn from players and coaches working within the Spanish game.

At Sala Futsal, player development goes beyond our own training sessions and match programme. Through the relationships, partners and contacts we continue to build, we want to create opportunities that challenge our players, broaden their experiences and help them progress.

We’re proud to be able to open another door for one of our players and we look forward to hearing about Alex’s experience when he returns.

Our preparations for the new National Futsal Series season get underway next Saturday as Sala take on Tier 1 side Liverpool Futsal Club.

It’ll be a tough first test for our new-look squad, with a number of new signings getting their first opportunity to play together as a team.

🔴🔵 UPDATED 2026/27 TIER 2 FIXTURES 🔵🔴
Following Manchester Futsal B’s withdrawal from Tier 2, the National Futsal Series fixtures have been revised and we can now share our updated Tier 2 North fixture list for the 2026/27 season.
Our first season at this level will now feature 18 league games, starting at home to Birmingham WLV on Sunday 20th September.
It’s another exciting step for Sala after winning the Tier 3 National Championship and earning promotion in our first season. 🏆
We’re looking forward to testing ourselves at the next level and welcoming Tier 2 futsal to Sala for the first time.
