Bruno Fernandes Wins PFA Player of the Year

Bruno Fernandes has been named the PFA Players’ Player of the Year after a standout 2025/26 campaign with Manchester United producing nine goals and a league record 21 assists. That saw him move past the previous Premier League mark shared by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.

The Professional Footballers’ Association Men’s Players’ Player of the Year is an annual award given to the player who is adjudged to have been the best of the year in English football.

Manchester United have completed the signing of Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa for £35m.

The 29-year-old has signed a five-year deal at Old Trafford and now becomes the second midfielder signed in the summer window.

Manchester United have confirmed the signing of experienced goalkeeper Karl Darlow following his departure from Leeds United.

The Wales international has signed a contract until June 2028, with United holding an option to extend the agreement by another year.

Man Utd have completed the signing of Andrey Santos from Chelsea for £50m.

The agreement is broken up into a guaranteed £48m payment plus £2m in add-ons. Chelsea will also retain a 10 per cent sell-on clause.
