We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and community-minded Business Manager to join the team at Withington Baths.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in one of Manchester’s most loved community spaces, helping us continue to grow as a heritage venue, leisure centre, and social enterprise.

• Finance oversight
• Governance & compliance
• HR administration
• Insurance & procurement
• ESG & sustainability
• Grants & funding
• Supporting our heritage and community projects
📍 Based at Withington Baths
🕒 Part-time – 24 hours per week
💷 £40,000–£42,000 FTE
🤝 Flexible working around key meetings

🌞 June Round-Up at Withy Baths 🌞

What a fantastic month it's been! June has been filled with community spirit, celebrations, achievements, and plenty of sunshine.

This month we celebrated another wonderful Withy Baths Annual Birthday Party, cheered on our amazing Wednesday Morning Couch to 5K runners Julie and Aileen as they completed the Manchester 10K, and gave a huge thank you to our incredible volunteers who helped get the quad looking its best ahead of the celebrations.

As always, it's been wonderful to see so many of you enjoying our activities, events, and facilities. Thank you to everyone who has been part of another memorable month at Withy Baths.

Good News!! Some of our gym equipment has been replaced with Brand new kit! 💪

We would like to inform our members and visitors that refurbishment works will be taking place between Wednesday 1st July and Friday 3rd July and then again on 8th July till 11th July on the flooring in the Village Changing Rooms and the toilets.

🚨 Gym Update 🚨

Please be aware that tomorrow we will be replacing 7 pieces of gym equipment as part of our ongoing facility improvements.

There may be some temporary disruption in certain areas of the gym while the work is being carried out. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're excited to bring you upgraded equipment to enhance your training experience.
