Women always ask me how much I train.
“Do you work out every day?”
One lady asked me yesterday…
“Do you do abs all day?” 😂
The answer usually surprises them.
I train 5 times a week.
For about 30 minutes.
That’s it.
The real work happens during the other 23.5 hours of the day.
It’s the walks.
The protein.
The vegetables.
The water.
The sleep.
The meals you eat when nobody is watching.
The decisions you make when you’re tired, stressed or can’t be bothered.
A great workout can help.
But it can’t outwork what happens for the rest of the day.
Most women don’t need more exercise.
They need more consistency with the basics.
That’s where the magic happens. 🧡

DIET MYTHS BUSTED 🚫
PERFECTION IS KEEPING YOU STUCK.
So many women believe fat loss only works if they’re perfect.
Perfect calories.
Perfect meals.
Perfect weekends.
Perfect motivation.
Then the second they eat a doughnut, have a takeaway or go over their calories…
They decide they’ve failed.
But fat loss doesn’t work that way.
One meal won’t ruin your progress.
One weekend won’t undo months of effort.
And one scale reading doesn’t tell the whole story.
The women who get the best results aren’t the women who are perfect.
They’re the women who stop starting again on Monday.
The women who have a wobble and get straight back to normal.
The women who keep showing up.
🧡 Progress over perfection.
🧡 Consistency over extremes.
🧡 Habits over willpower.
Because one meal changes very little.
But repeated habits change everything.

Funny story…
I posted this by mistake after my charity walk yesterday. 🍻😂
I’d had a couple of drinks, got home, was scrolling, pressed a few buttons I probably shouldn’t have pressed… and somehow this ended up on my TikTok.
The funny part?
It’s had more likes than almost anything I’ve posted. 🤣
Maybe that’s because people don’t just want workouts, calories and nutrition tips all the time.
They want to see the woman behind KCPT too.
For the record…
🧡 I still enjoy a drink now and then.
🧡 I still eat bread.
🧡 I still eat chocolate.
🧡 I don’t live on chicken and broccoli.
🧡 I don’t spend my life in the gym.
What I do have is consistency.
The boring stuff.
Walking.
Strength training.
Real food.
Showing up more often than I don’t.
And at nearly 48 years old, that’s what’s helped me stay fit, strong and healthy.
No detoxes.
No extremes.
No nonsense.
Just a normal woman doing her best. 🧡

My workouts are done from home with 2 dumbbells.
No fancy gym.
No complicated routines.
No spending hours exercising.

More suffering.

DIET MYTHS BUSTED – PART 5: SUGAR MAKES YOU FAT
For years women have told themselves:
“Right, I’m on a diet.”
❌ No chocolate
❌ No cake
❌ No biscuits
❌ No sweets
❌ No sugar
And if they eat any of them?
They convince themselves they’ve failed.
Sound familiar? 😂
Here’s the truth…
A biscuit doesn’t make you fat.
A slice of birthday cake doesn’t make you fat.
Just like a salad doesn’t make you slim.
Fat gain comes from consistently eating more calories than your body needs over time.
Sugar can make that easier because it’s tasty, easy to overeat and often doesn’t keep us full for long.
But sugar itself doesn’t have magical fattening powers. 🤓
The problem isn’t the chocolate.
The problem isn’t the biscuit.
The problem is the all-or-nothing mindset that says:
“I’ve had one, so I may as well carry on.”
I eat chocolate every day.
I eat sweets.
I eat meals out.
And I still get results.
Because I focus on what I do most of the time, not some of the time.
If your diet only works when you’re being perfect…
It doesn’t work.
