We’ll admit it… there’s one thing you’ll notice missing when you walk into our gym - mirrors👀
Our main priorities is creating a safe, comfortable space where all women can feel confident while exercising.
That's why we've chosen to not place mirrors in our workout areas. We want to remove the pressure of comparison and instead help women focus on what really matters - how their body feels and how strong they're becoming!
No pressure, no judgement. Just a space designed to help you feel good💕

‼️We did it , We’ll done to Diane & Me 👏👏👏
We took part in this years Race for Life and 4 months post total hip replacement we did it in 2 hours.‼️
It just goes to show by investing in yourself and going to the gym it prepares you for both the surgery and and your recouperation 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♀️
We've all been sold the idea that fitness has to be hard work. It doesn't.
For years, we've been told that getting results means spending hours in the gym, pushing through gruelling workouts and finding more time in already busy days.
But for most women, that's simply not realistic.
The good news? It doesn't have to be that way.

Last year we raised loads of money for the hospice and would like to do the same again this year
If you would like to take part either go to the Bury hospice web page or, if you are coming to the gym you can scan the QR code on the notice
If you know someone that would like to take part but aren’t a member of the gym , don’t worry, get them to join us
The hospice is an amazing place and every penny counts
