Last Saturday we performed at the Francis House Children’s Hospice in Didsbury, Manchester. It was the debut of one of the new dancers in the group. Maristel. The Manchester Mexican Folk Group is always happy to spread the joy of traditional Mexican Folk Dance in Manchester and beyond.
Dancing traditional Mexican Folk is physically demanding and warming up is key to avoid injuries. Stretching and increasing the heart rate help the body to get ready for dancing and executing.
