All classes are back on from Tuesday 1st September 🥳🔥🙌 looking forward to seeing your lovely faces! Never been before? Come and try it, dance yourself happy! Not been for a while? Come back! We've missed you! Got an old dance fit punchcard or classes left on a pass in our book from bloomin ages ago? They never run out! Come and remind yourself what fun we have!
Everyone welcome, young, old, 2 left feet or fresh off an Ibiza dance floor, it doesn't matter! The lights are off and the music is loud. Come and join us! Just £7 a class, no need to book, just turn up! Class timetable in the photos 😊

Wed - 6pm Chorlton Park Primary.

Fri - 9.30am Firswood Community Centre.

Hi everyone, im so sorry, im going to have to cancel tonight. Journey home from a weekend away taking longer than usual and im still at Lancaster services. Not going to be back in time 😞

What a week!!!! 🥵🌞🔥
HUGE well done to everyone bonkers enough to have come to a class this week, it has been a scorcher! We have tweaked playlists to take out the crazy ones, jumped a little less high, pom pom bits stuck to our sweaty arms, Jen Shuttleworth danced barefoot as she couldn't bear to put socks on, Laura Broster had sweaty eyeballs, Amita Rana ran around spraying us with water this morning at regular intervals, and we even skipped Wepa this morning!!!! That is how hot we were!!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Well done you crazy bunch 🙌😘 hope everyone has a fab weekend. Hopefully next week will be a little cooler....
