❌ Don’t pretend you’re “fine”.
❌ Don’t lick the air bike for hydration. (Seriously.)

✅ Bring more water than you think you’ll need.
✅ Slow the pace if you need to.
✅ Listen to your body – there’s no prize for overheating.

We’ll take care of the programming. You just turn up, work smart, and leave feeling better than when you walked in.

☀️ Summer doesn’t have to mean losing all your momentum. At P4 we’ve got you covered!

Every year it’s the same…

Some people stay consistent.

Some people do enough to keep things ticking over.

And some disappear until September… only to spend the rest of the year trying to get back to where they were.

Not our members.

This summer we’ve got a plan.

💥 The P4 Summer Momentum Challenge is kicking off to help our members stay accountable through holidays, BBQs, weekends away and everything else summer throws at them.

No crazy diets.
No transformation pressure.
No guilt.

Just simple weekly challenges that keep the important habits in place, so when September rolls around you’re moving forwards… not starting over.

Week 1?

💧 3 litres of water a day.

Simple? Yes.

Easy? Not always.

But it’s amazing what happens when you focus on getting the basics right.

At P4 we know motivation comes and goes. That’s why we don’t rely on it. We build systems, accountability and coaching that keep you moving, even when life gets busy.

Congrats to Helen on being this week’s SOS! 🙌🏽

5 months ago, Helen walked through the doors of P4 and today she’s celebrating progress she’s genuinely proud of 🙌🏽

Not just changes on the InBody machine, but something far more important…

✨ Going from hardly moving at all to training consistently 3 times a week.
✨ Discovering that exercise can actually be enjoyable.
✨ Building discipline and habits she never thought she’d have.
✨ Learning to fuel her body without restriction, hunger or falling off the wagon.
✨ Becoming part of a community that supports and encourages every step of the journey.
