What a day 💜
Days like this really remind me why I do this job
Watching the women I coach get in front of a camera (feeling scared and anxious) but showcasing their progress
Not to mention the way they build each other other, damn i can’t even describe the feeling.

A bit of a different type of progress picture 🥹
Baby S is now 32 weeks & cooking nicely
And mum is still showing up every week, keeping herself fit & healthy.
What a journey to be a part of 💜

It’s not that you need to do more.
It’s that you need to get better at doing the basics. Consistently.
Nikita came to me after years of going to the gym.
She already had muscle.
She wasn’t starting from scratch.
But she was miles away from reaching her potential because her habits outside of the gym weren’t matching her goals.
