Aaron is a TED speaker, sales leader and business advisor who has delivered talks for organisations including Manchester United, major charities, and audiences across Europe and internationally. Known for combining humour with honest storytelling and practical insight, Aaron speaks on resilience, mental health management, discipline and high performance — helping audiences navigate pressure, setbacks and the internal habits that often hold them back.

His TEDx talk, “I’ll Start Monday”, explores procrastination, self-sabotage and why so many people delay pursuing the life they truly want. Aaron first became widely recognised after reaching the quarter-finals of The Apprentice in 2022, where his resilience and composure under pressure stood out to millions of viewers.

What a great day yesterday was at Itsmental wellbeing day at uclan university. Met some amazing people and some inspiring people. And I look forward to doing it again.

We had a winner of the putting competition and they will be messaged shortly. 6 putts in a row was the record for the competition.

And then to the evening with 4 hours worth of bookings.
