Sub-60 at the HYROX World Championships. That’s the standard they’re building from. Tom and Rojan raced Pro Doubles in Stockholm. It wasn’t the result they wanted, but they know exactly where they’re at, and they know what comes next.

Vanessa lined up for Mixed Doubles in Stockholm. By the halfway point, her partner was out, sidelined by injury. The smart move would have been to walk away. She kept moving instead.
No partner beside her. No official time on the board. No chip tracking her splits. Just one athlete, deciding the race wasn’t over until she said it was.

This is what finishing looks like when nothing goes to plan.
Vanessa and George arrived in Stockholm to race Mixed Doubles at the World Championships. Midway through, George was forced to pull out after an injury flared mid-race. Vanessa had every reason to stop. She didn’t.
No partner. No official finish time. No timing chip. She crossed that line on heart alone, because she told herself before the race started that she’d finish it no matter what happened.
Respect to George for getting them there, and respect to Vanessa for finishing what they started.
Four years running at Worlds now. Vanessa shows up, and she shows up at the highest level, every single time.
