💫 I train women who want to get strong but don’t know where to start.

09/07/2026

My mum was and still is my inspiration.

I think as mums we underestimate how much our children look up to us. How much they see.

Lets show them, us mums can do it all. We can make time for ourselves and as my daughter says “Get strong like mummy”

They see everything.

You know what I see every single day?

Women trying their hardest… but being pulled in ten different directions.

One person says cut carbs.
Another says eat more carbs.
Do fasting.
Don’t do fasting.
Lift weights.
Do loads of cardio.
Track everything.
Don’t track anything.

Honestly, it’s no wonder so many women feel confused.

When you’re already trying to juggle work, kids, the house and everyone else’s needs, adding another complicated plan is the last thing you need.

That’s why we keep things simple.

We don’t expect you to change your whole life overnight. We make small changes that actually work, because if a plan feels overwhelming, you won’t stick to it. And that’s not because you’re failing… it’s because the plan isn’t realistic.

Tell me in the comments… what’s the one thing you struggle with most when it comes to losing weight or getting stronger?

Or send me a message with “CLARITY” and I’ll send you some free tips and advice to help you get started.

Grace is proof you don’t have to stop living your life to lose weight especially at 24 years old!!

When Grace started with us 3 months ago, she thought losing weight meant she’d have to eat less, say no to weekends and be “good” all the time.

Now she knows that’s just not true.

She’s lost 8kg while still going out with her friends, enjoying weekends away and even spending 2 weeks on holiday.

Does she always feel amazing the day after a night out? 😂 Definitely not.

But instead of thinking, “I’ve ruined it,” she just gets back to her normal routine.

She’s been tracking her food, getting her steps in, eating well during the week and she started running. She’s even knocked 7 minutes off her 5K time.

Nothing fancy.

Just being consistent.

Not rushing the process

That’s what gets results.

You don’t need to punish yourself because you had a few drinks or a takeaway.

You don’t need to eat as little as possible.

You just need to stop letting one weekend turn into a bad week.

We are so proud of you, Grace. You’ve worked hard for every bit of this. ❤️

Carrying twins…

It was never meant to be easy.

Sleepless nights.
Breastfeeding around the clock.
Running two businesses.
Keeping three little humans alive.
Trying to keep the house together.
Moving to a different country.
Trying to find time for the gym… somewhere in between it all.

Some days I only had 20 minutes.
Some days I missed a workout.
Some days I was just surviving (having about 20 breakdowns)

But I never gave up on myself.

I stopped trying to be perfect and started showing up when I could. Because every workout, every meal and every small choice added up.

It didn’t happen overnight, and it definitely wasn’t easy.

But look what happens when you keep going.

I’m only just getting started, and I can’t wait to see where this year takes me.

If you’re a mum who just doesn’t know where to start, or even how to start, I get you. And I am here to help, no judgement ever.

Send me a message with “SHINE” and let’s get you feeling like you again.

If you have read this far, thank you.

For a long time, probably until I had the children, I thought being strong meant carrying everything on my own.

Some of the hardest moments in my life were made harder because I didn’t ask for help.

I have experienced loss, grief, addiction, motherhood, business struggles and moments where I completely lost myself.

This is why I am so passionate about helping women now.

Because I know how hard it is trying to hold everything together whilst quietly falling apart.

To be the woman who know puts everyone else first

To be the woman who needs support but struggles to admit it/ ask for it.

We don’t have to do it alone ladies.

My coaching isn’t just about losing weight, getting strong and fit.

It’s about actually helping women in their life. Making them feel better about themselves. Giving them something to do for them.

If you need help, want change or just curious to what I offer, drop me a message with “MY STORY” and I will get back to you.

Meet Clare ❤️

When Clare first came to us, she was going through menopause and feeling completely stuck.

Despite training hard, being incredibly strong, and showing up consistently, she just couldn’t seem to lose weight. Alongside that came all the classic menopause symptoms that so many women struggle with.

She felt lost.

Frustrated.

And if she’s honest, she’d regularly hit the “f**k it” button at the weekends, drink too much, and then spend the next week trying to undo the damage. The result? No real progress and feeling further away from the person she wanted to be.

Fast forward just over 6 months…

8kg down and, more importantly, she’s kept it off.

She’s still as strong as ever in the gym. But what we’re most proud of is how she feels.

Happier.

More confident.

More in control.

Like she’s found herself again.

Like she’s found Clare again.

The best part? This hasn’t come from giving up the things she enjoys.

She still goes out. She still enjoys a few drinks. She still lives her life.

The difference now is that one weekend doesn’t turn into one bad month. She knows how to enjoy herself and get straight back on track without guilt, punishment or starting over every Monday.

Recently, Clare went on a cruise and came back without gaining any weight.

That might not sound like a huge achievement to some people, but it tells us everything.

It shows that she’s changed her habits, her mindset and her relationship with food and alcohol. She’s built a lifestyle she can actually maintain.

That’s why we know this isn’t temporary.

The weight isn’t coming back.

If anything, she’ll continue to make progress while feeling stronger, healthier and more like herself than ever.

So proud of you, Clare. ❤️

Not just for losing 8kg, but for proving to yourself that menopause doesn’t mean giving up on feeling amazing.

You’ve found Clare again. Always. 🙌💪❤️
