I think I’ve found my new calling in life.
You can refer to me as Captain Potts going forwards.

I think the Higher Up Wellness Speaking Challenge was mint 🤷🏼♂️
It proved that within 90 seconds of effort, you can have a video recorded and uploaded on a topic that you’re passionate about.
But it isn’t going to transform your business.
It was never meant to transform your business.
It was a speaking challenge.
It DID solve a problem for you.
It got you showing up consistently, it removed any barriers you may have had about content, and it proved that you can do what you said you would.
However your business won’t grow if you’re not focussing on the things that will help it grow AS WELL.
I genuinely believe that every coach should do the challenge, I don’t see any downsides to it.
But don’t do it for the wrong reasons, and then be disappointed at the end of it.

Bare bones D Line today…
Still DOGS.
40-7, now 4-0 with another 4 games to play.
On to East Kilbride next Saturday for our next home game.
I would legit hate for an Amplifier Coach to feel like they were just a number to me.
A few digits in a Stripe dashboard.
I can’t imagine getting excited to join a mentor, and jumping on their launch…
For them to post later on saying “these tactics worked and made me loads of money”.

But here we are.
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it hundreds of times…
And I’ll KEEP saying it.
You cannot market your way out of a retention problem.
“But better marketing gets better clients that stay longer…”
… said the person that doesn’t have the actual skillset required to keep clients.
People will initially come towards you because they want to achieve something.
They’ll stay because of the experience they have, and the person they become with your guidance.
100/100
Half-arsed effort gets half-arsed results.
I don’t know a single person that would outwardly admit that they’re half-arsing anything.
But I reckon that people know deep down.
You can tell people that you’re trying to grow your business.
But are you actually?
You can say that you want to be the best coach possible.
But do you actually?
Because the thing that matters are your actions, not your words.
Commitment is a competitive advantage.
It’s a mad world where that’s the case, but it’s the one we’re currently living in.
It’s something every single person has access to.
So use it.
