SUMMER LEAGUE || WEEK 6

🌟B Pro U7 Tigers🌟
Gutted for the boys after today’s semi-final defeat, but incredibly proud of the character and determination they showed particularly in the second half.
It was a match of two very different halves. We started brightly, creating several excellent scoring opportunities, but unfortunately couldn’t convert them. As the first half progressed, we lost our concentration and positioning for a period, and against a a very good opposition, those lapses proved costly. They were clinical with their early chances, building a significant lead before half-time and leaving us with a mountain to climb.
The response after the break was outstanding. The boys showed tremendous resilience, belief and togetherness. They controlled the second half, pressed high, kept our opponents pinned in their own half for long periods, and created wave after wave of attacks. Their movement, confidence on the ball, impressive footworks and quality passing were a joy to watch, and they were rewarded with some excellent team goals.
Although we won the second half, the deficit from the first half ultimately proved too much to overcome, and we narrowly lost 8–5 to a very strong and aggressive side. Congratulations to our opponents, who were worthy competitors and played the game in a great spirit. Good luck in the finals.
The result doesn’t take away from what this group has achieved. Reaching the semi-finals of the Summer League is a fantastic accomplishment, especially considering where we were towards the end of last season. The improvement these boys have shown over the past few months has been remarkable, and every single player should be immensely proud of themselves. They have made every parent and coach proud.
This is only the beginning. The foundations are in place, and if the boys continue to work hard, learn from experiences like this and keep believing in one another, they will be an incredibly competitive team next season. Our future opponents should take notice, we’ll be coming back stronger, hungrier and ready to compete for every game.
Well done, boys. We are all so proud of you. Keep your heads held high🫶🏾💪🏾.

🌟B Pro U10 Jets🌟
An outstanding performance from the U10 Jets today as we ran out winners, but the scoreline only tells part of the story. More important than the result was the way the team played. From the first whistle, the players focused on passing, moving, and working for each other, producing some of the best football we’ve played all season.
Every player showed great awareness on and off the ball, constantly creating space, supporting teammates, and making the extra pass. It was fantastic to see so many unselfish moments, with players choosing the right option rather than the easy one, leading to some superb team goals. The movement, communication, and understanding across the pitch were excellent and made us incredibly difficult to defend against.
Defensively, we stayed switched on, worked hard to win the ball back quickly, and never allowed our standards to drop despite the scoreline. The attitude and work rate from every player were first class from start to finish.
As coaches, this was exactly the type of performance we want to see. While a win is always pleasing, it’s the style of football, the teamwork, and the selfless attitude that made us most proud. If we continue to play with this mentality, the results will continue to look after themselves. A brilliant performance from every single player—well done, Jets!

U10 Aces were brilliant today, fair play to them all for putting in the effort that they did in the heat I’m really proud of them all! I just asked them to still perform best they can despite the heat and every player did exactly that for the whole game, was then just about subbing the hottest player off and seeing what happens & to win is unreal 🤣 took the opportunity to give a few kids a new experience in a new position and they all did fantastic, special shout out to Harls for going in net for the last part so Reubs could have a run out, player of the match was Noah thought him taking the ball from defence to attack today in minimal touches was class, his final pass was faultless and he strikes the ball through keepers now 🤣 great performance from them all though! What a team ⚽️ 🥳

SUMMER LEAGUE || WEEK 5

🌟B Pro U7 Tigers🌟
An outstanding response from the lads after last week’s setback. From the first whistle to the last, they were fully committed, controlled the tempo, and looked determined to put in a strong performance.
The team produced some excellent transitions, moved the ball with confidence, and linked up brilliantly with some outstanding passings. Their teamwork and decision-making created several well-worked goals that reflected everything we’ve been working on in training. Defensively, the boys remained composed, disciplined, and focused throughout the match. Their concentration, work rate, and determination made it extremely difficult for the opposition to build any momentum. By pressing well, winning their individual battles, and staying organised, they forced the opposition to spend the majority of the game in their own half. Special mentions go to Jeremy, Kian, Harry, Frankie, Ralph, Ezekiel, and Blake for the character, attitude, and commitment they showed today. That said, there is always room for improvement, and we know we can still be better in several areas. We’ll continue to work hard in training, keep developing as a team, and hopefully deliver another performance of this standard next week. 👏 💪🏾

U10 Aces played in the summer league this morning and they were fantastic, back to winning ways with a brilliant result, the lads shown great confidence on the ball and played with composure, just didn’t take their chances in the first half so it was a close game up until half time, second half they pressed on and went up the gears and were brilliant on the ball, finding their passes and running at the opposition improved all of their confidence, then the chances they were creating were more clear cut and this helped with the finishing and the goals started coming thick and fast. Really happy with them all and it was a great result🙌

FRIENDLIES, TOURNAMENTS & FESTIVALS || WEEK 4

🌟B PRO U9s ROUND ROBIN FESTIVAL🌟
A great game today by the lads, against a very good team we ended up playing 4 10 minute halfs due to other team having to be somewhere else, we started the game brightly first half was 0-0, second half we went 2-0 up, third half was 3-1 but the last half the lads where all over the place and ended up 3-4 to the other team.
Ethan played really well in goal, keeping 2 clean sheets, came out and looked good in the tackles.
Edison was like a complete monster today tackle after tackle and block after block. Well impressed 👍.
Reid was as skillful as ever looked to take on his player and make a pass at all times, another who was hard in the tackle (just missing his shooting boots).
Lennon lead the line well, and worked hard for the team, always looking to create something.
Michael played most of the game in defence and he was solid as a rock, it showed when he played further up the field in the last half how much of a rock he was.
Amadou was all over the place today getting stuck in and looking strong in the tackle, always looking to get a goal for the team.
All In all a great performance.
Results don't matter at this stage, teamwork is key.
But a must for the team is training, listening and learning no messing about.
No man of the match today as they all played brilliantly.

They battled hard today, until the final they had only lost 1 game against a top level team, they battled hard to the very end through the 1/4 and semi finals, just didn’t quite get the result they needed in the final but fought like warriors to the end!
Very proud of the boys and their fight today 💪⚽️✨

🌟B Pro U12 Jets🌟
B Pro Jets, first friendly in about a month against Prestwich United,absolutely proud of how they played today, first half performance was probably the best I’ve seen them play since I started coaching them,the first time passing and movement off the ball was ace,the second half energy levels dropped off which was expected but we still created chances and counter attacked the opposition really well
The final score was 7-2 to Prestwich, considering we conceded double digits last time we played them this was a massive improvement, plus we had new players playing for us for the first time
All in all very proud of the lads and a lot of positives to take away from the game⚽️

Our U14s travelled to Denton today for a pre-season friendly against Hollingworth Juniors. A big thank you to our hosts for their fantastic sportsmanship in lending us players after we travelled with low numbers, allowing everyone to enjoy a competitive game.
The team made a positive start, working hard and standing up well to some early pressure. There was still a bit of pre-season rust to shake off, and we could have been a lot calmer on the ball, taking more care to help alleviate pressure. There were some encouraging signs though, with a handful of players looking sharp and making good decisions on the ball right from the start, and keeping the energy high all through the match without any subs.
As the game went on, however, our energy levels dropped and we lost a little focus, repeatedly making the same mistakes, and waiting until we were punished for it to make the changes, making the second half a much tougher challenge. However, it's all part of the learning process, and pre-season is the perfect time to identify the areas we need to improve.
Plenty of positives to take away, along with valuable lessons as we continue building towards the new season. Well done to everyone involved!

A standout performance from Isaac in net today, confident off his line, and loud throughout the match. He tried to mix up the distribution through the game, and lead by example, keeping his head high regardless of mistakes or score

🌟B Pro U14 Vixens🌟
Bpro u14 vixens started pre season this morning against cheetham hill, with a few debuts and 3 playing there 1st ever game , the girls were brilliant and showed a never give up attitude after conceding 2 goals they dug deep and was rewarded with 2 goals of our own 10 mins left and cheetham hill scored to make it 3 2 but the girls kept there head , yara our new keeper pulling off a wonderful double save then great number 9 work from em holding the ball up and defenders off before releasing kayla who ran through and smashed it past there keeper with 2 mins left game finished 3 3 against a team that we struggled against last season well done girls 👏

B PRO || ANOTHER WEEK CLOSER⚽️

Another busy week for B Pro - our soccer schools had their first taste of 3v3 with a great event set up on our home turf at St Mary’s - welcoming in 75+ children to celebrate and experience how it will work!👏

Our other groups have been active, with friendlies, extra training & tournaments🙌

They continue as we head into this weekend with more of Summer League action & Tournament opportunities! ⚽️

Our Ladies group continues to grow at a steady but healthy rate! It’s unbelievable to see more & more women getting into the game!🌟
Plans for our Men’s team are further into development with applications to the league now being submitted! Another exciting new project for the club & something we want to support for the lads in our community!👌⚽️

2026/27 season is looking to be our biggest season yet, we didn’t think it could get any better than last season, but heading into the new season is going to be very exciting!✅

SUMMER LEAGUE || WEEK 4

🌟B Pro U7 Tigers🌟
A very tough game for the lads today against a strong opposition. Despite everyone giving their all from the first whistle to the last, the result wasn’t what we were hoping for. We struggled to maintain our composure and focus from the opening minutes, and unfortunately we never quite managed to regain control of the game. That led to several bad errors, which our opponents capitalised on effectively.
We showed much more determination and intent in the last third, and to the boys’ credit, they kept fighting until the final whistle. However, the goal difference was simply too much to overcome. It was one of those difficult days where things just didn’t click.
That said, there are still plenty of positives to take away from today’s performance. Every game provides an opportunity to learn, and we know there are areas we can improve before our next fixture. We’ll work hard in training, learn from today’s mistakes, and come back stronger next week.
A well done to Blake, Kian, Ralph, Ezekiel, Frankie, and Harry for their effort and commitment today 👏🏾. Keep your heads up, boys; one result doesn’t define you. We’ll stick together, keep working hard, and go again next week looking to get back to winning ways. 🤞🏾💪🏾

🌟B Pro U10 Jets🌟
A brilliant performance from the U10 Jets today as we produced a dominant display to secure a fantastic victory. From the first whistle, the team controlled the game with great energy, teamwork, and quality on the ball, creating chance after chance while remaining solid at the back.
The goals were shared around the team, with Ethan, Kaliem, Louie and Bethal all getting on the scoresheet, while Max grabbed a brilliant brace to cap off an excellent attacking performance. Every player played their part, working hard for each other and moving the ball with confidence throughout the match.
A special mention goes to our Man of the Match, Kaliem, who was simply outstanding. He seemed to be everywhere on the pitch, winning tackles, driving the team forward, creating opportunities and topping off his display with a well-deserved goal. His work rate and determination set the standard for the whole team.
An excellent all-round performance from the team.
