SUMMER LEAGUE || WEEK 5

🌟B Pro U7 Tigers🌟
An outstanding response from the lads after last week’s setback. From the first whistle to the last, they were fully committed, controlled the tempo, and looked determined to put in a strong performance.
The team produced some excellent transitions, moved the ball with confidence, and linked up brilliantly with some outstanding passings. Their teamwork and decision-making created several well-worked goals that reflected everything we’ve been working on in training. Defensively, the boys remained composed, disciplined, and focused throughout the match. Their concentration, work rate, and determination made it extremely difficult for the opposition to build any momentum. By pressing well, winning their individual battles, and staying organised, they forced the opposition to spend the majority of the game in their own half. Special mentions go to Jeremy, Kian, Harry, Frankie, Ralph, Ezekiel, and Blake for the character, attitude, and commitment they showed today. That said, there is always room for improvement, and we know we can still be better in several areas. We’ll continue to work hard in training, keep developing as a team, and hopefully deliver another performance of this standard next week. 👏 💪🏾

U10 Aces played in the summer league this morning and they were fantastic, back to winning ways with a brilliant result, the lads shown great confidence on the ball and played with composure, just didn’t take their chances in the first half so it was a close game up until half time, second half they pressed on and went up the gears and were brilliant on the ball, finding their passes and running at the opposition improved all of their confidence, then the chances they were creating were more clear cut and this helped with the finishing and the goals started coming thick and fast. Really happy with them all and it was a great result🙌

FRIENDLIES, TOURNAMENTS & FESTIVALS || WEEK 4

🌟B PRO U9s ROUND ROBIN FESTIVAL🌟
A great game today by the lads, against a very good team we ended up playing 4 10 minute halfs due to other team having to be somewhere else, we started the game brightly first half was 0-0, second half we went 2-0 up, third half was 3-1 but the last half the lads where all over the place and ended up 3-4 to the other team.
Ethan played really well in goal, keeping 2 clean sheets, came out and looked good in the tackles.
Edison was like a complete monster today tackle after tackle and block after block. Well impressed 👍.
Reid was as skillful as ever looked to take on his player and make a pass at all times, another who was hard in the tackle (just missing his shooting boots).
Lennon lead the line well, and worked hard for the team, always looking to create something.
Michael played most of the game in defence and he was solid as a rock, it showed when he played further up the field in the last half how much of a rock he was.
Amadou was all over the place today getting stuck in and looking strong in the tackle, always looking to get a goal for the team.
All In all a great performance.
Results don't matter at this stage, teamwork is key.
But a must for the team is training, listening and learning no messing about.
No man of the match today as they all played brilliantly.

They battled hard today, until the final they had only lost 1 game against a top level team, they battled hard to the very end through the 1/4 and semi finals, just didn’t quite get the result they needed in the final but fought like warriors to the end!

B Pro Jets, first friendly in about a month against Prestwich United,absolutely proud of how they played today, first half performance was probably the best I’ve seen them play since I started coaching them,the first time passing and movement off the ball was ace,the second half energy levels dropped off which was expected but we still created chances and counter attacked the opposition really well
The final score was 7-2 to Prestwich, considering we conceded double digits last time we played them this was a massive improvement, plus we had new players playing for us for the first time
All in all very proud of the lads and a lot of positives to take away from the game⚽️

Our U14s travelled to Denton today for a pre-season friendly against Hollingworth Juniors. A big thank you to our hosts for their fantastic sportsmanship in lending us players after we travelled with low numbers, allowing everyone to enjoy a competitive game.
The team made a positive start, working hard and standing up well to some early pressure. There was still a bit of pre-season rust to shake off, and we could have been a lot calmer on the ball, taking more care to help alleviate pressure. There were some encouraging signs though, with a handful of players looking sharp and making good decisions on the ball right from the start, and keeping the energy high all through the match without any subs.
As the game went on, however, our energy levels dropped and we lost a little focus, repeatedly making the same mistakes, and waiting until we were punished for it to make the changes, making the second half a much tougher challenge. However, it's all part of the learning process, and pre-season is the perfect time to identify the areas we need to improve.
Plenty of positives to take away, along with valuable lessons as we continue building towards the new season. Well done to everyone involved!

A standout performance from Isaac in net today, confident off his line, and loud throughout the match. He tried to mix up the distribution through the game, and lead by example, keeping his head high regardless of mistakes or score

Bpro u14 vixens started pre season this morning against cheetham hill, with a few debuts and 3 playing there 1st ever game , the girls were brilliant and showed a never give up attitude after conceding 2 goals they dug deep and was rewarded with 2 goals of our own 10 mins left and cheetham hill scored to make it 3 2 but the girls kept there head , yara our new keeper pulling off a wonderful double save then great number 9 work from em holding the ball up and defenders off before releasing kayla who ran through and smashed it past there keeper with 2 mins left game finished 3 3 against a team that we struggled against last season well done girls 👏

B PRO || ANOTHER WEEK CLOSER⚽️

Another busy week for B Pro - our soccer schools had their first taste of 3v3 with a great event set up on our home turf at St Mary’s - welcoming in 75+ children to celebrate and experience how it will work!👏

Our other groups have been active, with friendlies, extra training & tournaments🙌

They continue as we head into this weekend with more of Summer League action & Tournament opportunities! ⚽️

Our Ladies group continues to grow at a steady but healthy rate! It’s unbelievable to see more & more women getting into the game!🌟
Plans for our Men’s team are further into development with applications to the league now being submitted! Another exciting new project for the club & something we want to support for the lads in our community!👌⚽️

2026/27 season is looking to be our biggest season yet, we didn’t think it could get any better than last season, but heading into the new season is going to be very exciting!✅

SUMMER LEAGUE || WEEK 4

🌟B Pro U7 Tigers🌟
A very tough game for the lads today against a strong opposition. Despite everyone giving their all from the first whistle to the last, the result wasn’t what we were hoping for. We struggled to maintain our composure and focus from the opening minutes, and unfortunately we never quite managed to regain control of the game. That led to several bad errors, which our opponents capitalised on effectively.
We showed much more determination and intent in the last third, and to the boys’ credit, they kept fighting until the final whistle. However, the goal difference was simply too much to overcome. It was one of those difficult days where things just didn’t click.
That said, there are still plenty of positives to take away from today’s performance. Every game provides an opportunity to learn, and we know there are areas we can improve before our next fixture. We’ll work hard in training, learn from today’s mistakes, and come back stronger next week.
A well done to Blake, Kian, Ralph, Ezekiel, Frankie, and Harry for their effort and commitment today 👏🏾. Keep your heads up, boys; one result doesn’t define you. We’ll stick together, keep working hard, and go again next week looking to get back to winning ways. 🤞🏾💪🏾

🌟B Pro U10 Jets🌟
A brilliant performance from the U10 Jets today as we produced a dominant display to secure a fantastic victory. From the first whistle, the team controlled the game with great energy, teamwork, and quality on the ball, creating chance after chance while remaining solid at the back.
The goals were shared around the team, with Ethan, Kaliem, Louie and Bethal all getting on the scoresheet, while Max grabbed a brilliant brace to cap off an excellent attacking performance. Every player played their part, working hard for each other and moving the ball with confidence throughout the match.
A special mention goes to our Man of the Match, Kaliem, who was simply outstanding. He seemed to be everywhere on the pitch, winning tackles, driving the team forward, creating opportunities and topping off his display with a well-deserved goal. His work rate and determination set the standard for the whole team.
An excellent all-round performance from the team.

We welcomed in 4 other teams this morning for a morning of games. 60 minutes of football for each team, loads of goals scored, tackles made and memorable moments! A massive Thankyou to all the coaches, parents and players from Radcliffe, Milnrow & the 2 Cheetham Hill teams for making the morning a positive and safe experience for all!
Between 35-40 children out playing this morning! A massive thankyou to Coach Andy from the U9 Jets for being the point of contact this morning & running the show!👏👍

🌟B Pro U12 Sharks🌟
B Pro Sharks - Nations Cup Winners 🏆⚽️
The boys started off a bit slow at the beginning in the first group game starting off with a loss but kept our heads up and battled hard all the way through the other 2!
The Sharks reached the semi-final and had the win in the hands until a last minute goal was stolen by the other team taking it to penalties! After nerves got the better of them 2 weeks ago in a penalty shoot out, this time the boys were calm and collective and scored all 3 penalties plus our keeper saving one of the other teams which took the boys to the final!
And wow they turned it on in the final winning a big 5-0 to secure winning that cup!
The battle, fight and passion showed through and they didn’t give up, it was a really hot afternoon and the boys battled all the way through the sun blaring on them for 4 and a half hours but it was definitely worth it in the end!
Well done Sharks, their first win as B Pro 💪⚽️🏆👏🏽

🌟B Pro U15 Tornadoes🌟
BPro Tornadoes kicked off the summer by entering their first tournament of the season, with the main objective being team building through a series of quick, high-intensity matches. With five teams in the group and the top four progressing to the semi-finals, the boys embraced the challenge and grew stronger with every game they played.
The tournament began with a difficult opening match, where a slow start combined with challenging windy conditions made life tough. However, the squad responded brilliantly, improving with each performance as confidence and understanding developed throughout the day.
Heading into the final group game, BPro Tornado knew that only a victory would secure a place in the semi-finals. The boys rose to the occasion with a fantastic team display. A superbly taken goal from Joe proved to be the difference, while Logan produced an excellent performance in goal to keep a vital clean sheet. Reaching the semi-finals exceeded expectations and was a fantastic reward for the hard work and progress shown across the tournament.
The semi-final was a closely contested affair. Unfortunately, the game turned on a contentious penalty decision, forcing the boys to chase the match. Despite their efforts, they couldn't find a way back, but they can be incredibly proud of their performances and the resilience they showed throughout the day.

Player Highlights
Logan (Goalkeeper/Right Back)Logan spent one game at right back where he looked strong, composed and confident in possession. Moving into goal for the remaining matches, he produced several important saves, with his clean sheet in the decisive group game helping send BPro Tornado into the semi-finals.
Ethan (Centre Back)Another outstanding performance from Ethan. Solid in the tackle, always alert to danger and constantly supporting his teammates with excellent defensive awareness.
Stan (Centre Back)Reliable as ever, Stan was fearless in every challenge and consistently provided a calm, dependable presence at the back.
Tom (Centre Back/Goalkeeper)Tom started the opening two games in goal before moving outfield, where he brought great energy, determination and fierce competitiveness to the team.
James (Central Midfield)Steady and composed throughout, James covered huge areas of the pitch and worked tirelessly for the team.
Abdul (Central Midfield)Strong and composed on the ball, Abdul held possession well and gave the team an excellent platform in midfield.
Dom (Central Midfield)Dom linked play brilliantly, producing some excellent passes and combining well with the attacking players.
Joe (Central Midfield)One of the standout performers of the tournament. Joe's relentless running, attacking threat and willingness to follow tactical instructions were outstanding. His superb winning goal secured BPro Tornado's place in the semi-finals.
Sonny (Right Wing)Sonny maintained excellent width throughout the tournament, took on defenders with confidence and was unlucky not to score with a long-range effort.
Riley (Centre Forward)Riley led the line well, holding the ball up effectively and bringing teammates into play with positive forward passes.
Jamal (Left Wing)Jamal caused defenders plenty of problems with his quick feet and confident dribbling, constantly looking to create opportunities.
Ben (Defender)Ben showed great confidence in possession and defended strongly, regularly shutting down opposition attacks.
Ronnie (Utility Player)Ronnie's versatility was a huge asset, playing in several different positions while maintaining a positive attitude both on and off the ball.
Leighton (Left Wing Back)Leighton enjoyed some excellent one-on-one battles, defending well and showing confidence to drive forward with the ball.
Arlo (Centre Forward)Arlo worked tirelessly from the front, pressing defenders, following up every chance and creating valuable space for his teammates.

Final Thoughts
This tournament was about far more than results—it was about building relationships, developing as a team and learning to compete together. The improvement from the first whistle to the final match was clear for everyone to see. Reaching the semi-finals was a fantastic achievement and a reward for the boys' hard work, determination and willingness to learn.
Everyone connected with BPro Tornadoes should be incredibly proud of the team's effort. The boys left the tournament stronger, more confident and with plenty of positives to build on as the summer season continues⚽️🙌

🌟B Pro U16 Vixens🌟
The girls went over to Ellesmere Port this morning for the Vauxhall Motors Summer Tournament. A fantasticly ran event that never disappoints. Our 2nd visit to the tournament, the girls were against some very very good teams & played their hearts out! Sadly not qualifying for a Semi Final this time around, but loads of game time for each player! Summer, Connie, Soraya & Frankie all doing fantastic jobs in goal, taking turns covering the position & making a great account for themselves! You’d think they were full time goalkeepers with some of the saves they pulled off! Soraya - bagged a fantastic goal in the 3rd game to seal a victory! Isabella using her pace and experience to keep quality players from impacting the game & keeping them at bay! Lily & Ruby switching out in CM - a hard position to play on your own, but managed things really well and played some lovely football throughout the day! Hafsa & Isla rotating on either wing, using their speed & pace to try and get us up field to create opportunities! Frankie played multiple positions today - didn’t complain once and even asked to go in net for a 2nd game! Summer was absolutely fantastic this morning, from the first game being in net - to playing out in defence, she made things really difficult for the attackers, broke up play often & used her power to burst through the press!
All the girls put in a shift this morning & were very proud of their efforts & performances throughout! Well Done 👏⚽️

PRE SEASON || WEEK 1 ⚽️

The ladies welcomed in Saddleworth Ladies last week for their first pre season game of the summer.
Saddle-worth came in great spirits (as they always do) such a great game between both teams with B Pro edging it & coming away with the Win!

Lauren was absolutely incredible in goal, long range, short range passing was on point & she stopped 2/3 certain goals. Really unlucky to concede a goal as I thought she didn’t do anything wrong throughout the game.. she was sharp, alert and awake to many of Saddleworth attacks!
Lisa had a great consistent game at RB for us, she popped up with 2 assists & it’s something that was coming closer and closer last season, her ability to switch the play is a great asset to the team & she utilised it in this game brilliantly! On top of the assists, she stopped, blocked and did all she could to make it hard for Saddleworth’s advances!
Hannah had a fantastic game, she’s reading the game better and better as we go on. Didn’t get caught out of position once, something she does normally struggle with, it’s great to see her using the experience she’s gained to put on a fantastic performance. Always one of the hardest working in the squad & last week was no different!
Gemma completed our back line to start with, and added another great performance to her CV. She was absolutely on fire last season, playing a lot of minutes & she seems to be hitting the ground running again as we begin pre season. Nice to see her full of confidence!
Loz was absolutely everywhere as usual, playing RM, LM, RB & LB… she never ever complains, just goes out and does the job to ensure the best chance of a win! This game was no different, she worked really hard for the group & always comes off the pitch smiling!
Sophie D got herself on the scoresheet - twice - 2 fantastic goals, really well taken. Another player who has gone from strength to strength for the team since her first day. She’s emerging within the group more and more as a leader & it’s really nice to see her speak with confidence & help her peers! The goals topped off a class performance last week!
Channers played CM & CB - covered a lot of group and we managed to play a lot of our game through her, Chan was linking up with other players & bringing them into the game as much as she could. She had a few really strong efforts from range too, which caused problems for the opposition goalkeeper then did the last 10 in CB where it was business as usual, no nonsense work!
Emily was a force off the Left side, another player growing in confidence each week - she had a few opportunities at goal, linked up well with the midfield & took on the Saddleworth full back as much as she could! Her confidence is grown, along with her understanding of the game & her ability! She’s considered as one of the fastest players in the team now & rightly so! Once she sets off, there’s no catching her!
Jenny gets herself on the score sheet with a fantastic finish to seal the game for us, the goal didn’t define Jenny’s game, she had put in an extraordinary performance before getting the goal. Her energy and effort to press and chase down the loose balls is second to none - she linked up really well with the midfield too, to help provide them with opportunities! Well Done Jen!
Kayleigh made her Debut last week, after only 2 training sessions - Kayleigh has slotted right in with the group, and we really hope she feels she has the chance to grow & develop here. She was phenomenal last week. Coming off the bench into ST before moving into LM where she really found her feet, beating players, creating opportunities and getting a few shots off! A debut to be proud of!
Sophie H came on and played CM & RM - put in a massive shift for the team, brought a calmness to the game once she got on, linked & brought players into the game as she always does! Soph is a constant threat to any defence & last week’s game was no different, a lot of the game play went through Soph!

Another brilliant performance from the lads, proving once again that they fully deserved the trophies they received at last night’s awards. The game was like a swinging pendulum; we started very well, lost our way a little during the second third, but showed great character to finish strongly and secure a well-deserved victory.
Once again, the lads’ positioning, composure, and game management were outstanding. They controlled large portions of the match, dictated the tempo, and made it extremely difficult for the opposition to play their game. Some incredible passings and excellent teamwork led to smooth transitions, creating several beautiful attacking moves and some fantastic goals.
Defensively, every player was willing to put their body on the line, showing courage, commitment, and determination to protect the goal and prevent the opposition from scoring. It was a true team effort from start to finish, with every player playing their part when it mattered most.
Today, Frankie, Jeremy, Ezekiel, Ralph, Blake, Harry, and Kian showed exactly what resilience looks like. They demonstrated a never-give-up attitude, responding positively to setbacks and showing they are always ready to go toe-to-toe with any team.
Very proud of the boys for the way they competed, supported each other, and represented the team today. Well done boys🫶🏾💪🏾⚽🏆

A fantastic comeback from the team today to earn a well-deserved 2-2 draw after finding ourselves 2-0 down following a sloppy start. We were slow to get going and were punished early on, but once we switched on, there was only one team in the game.
The boys showed great character and determination to fight their way back into the match. Dara got us back into contention with an important goal before Max levelled things up to complete the comeback.
The second goal was a real turning point in the game. Henry produced a brilliant penalty save to keep us in it, and from the resulting play Riley drove us forward before playing Max through to finish and make it 2-2. It was a superb example of turning defence into attack in a matter of seconds.
From that point on, we looked the stronger side and were unfortunate not to take all three points. We hit the woodwork four times, striking the bar and post repeatedly, and created enough chances to win the game comfortably. On another day, the scoreline could have been very different.
Overall, I am incredibly proud of the performance and the attitude shown by the team. To come back from 2-0 down showed real resilience and belief. We were by far the better side for large periods of the game; the only thing missing was a more clinical finish in front of goal. That’s something we will continue to work on, but there were plenty of positives to take from a very strong team performance⚽️
