We are a small and friendly running club based in Sale, Greater Manchester. This public group is mainly for information.
We aim to provide runners of all abilities with a safe environment and the motivational support needed to start running, keep running and get better at running. Come and join us on one of our free runs and, if you enjoy the experience, become a member of the club. Most of our discussions and run details appear on our members page which is linked to below. We’re back with the Trafford Trails 5 mile. It will take place on Monday 13th July and places are available from nifty entries (link in the description!) It a great summer get together with spot prizes, unique medals, good vibes and plenty of cake! It’s a race for everyone to enjoy whether you’re a rapid Dave or elite back runner! Get signed up for this fun run along the river, invite your mates and get a beer at the club house at the end watching the sun go down!
