Apparently we’ve all decided to audition for the world’s longest paper chain… 🤣🩷
Arms out, wobbling slightly, trying not to drop the ball or fall over while I convince everyone this is all part of improving balance, posture and centering! 😆
The truth is, Pilates isn’t always graceful. Sometimes it’s shaky legs, concentration faces and wondering why one tiny movement feels so hard! But that’s where the magic happens. ☺️🧘♀️💖
Every week these fabulous ladies show up, work hard, laugh lots and leave feeling stronger than when they arrived. 💖
So here’s to better balance, better posture and becoming a slightly more coordinated paper chain every week! 😂💖
