There mote I think about it, the more I’m convinced that success, growth and fulfilment comes to those who simply persist
I’m also sure that hardship and adversity is inevitable when you’re on that very path of success, growth and betterment
Our ability to persist and come out better off on the other side is linked directly with our behavioural standards
Alone, these standards may seem somewhat surface level… but together, they compound
To achieve what we’ve set out to, we must lock in on the things we discuss all the time such as writing, decompression, processing thoughts void of distraction, sleep, exercise, sunshine, diet etc
These are the things that keep us in the fight
And they’re also the things you least want to do when you face such hardship and adversity
As such, they become the things you need to make non-negotiable regardless of how you feel in the moment
I go into a lot more detail on these very standards within a 6 Episode YouTube series I created recently
If you want to remain in the fight, become the man you know you can… and you’d like to watch it, comment “ROADMAP” below and I’ll get them to you…
One a day, for the next 6 days

There’s a paradox that most business owners experience… your main reason for going down the business route is wanting freedom and flexibility… and yet the way in which you run the business takes exactly that away from you
I had a client, who was financially very successful… and yet during the once a year anniversary lunch date he had with his wife, he took 20 phone calls because of the way he ran his business. It owned him. Consumed him. And left him with with zero time to look after himself, learn new skills, enjoy new hobbies, have fun, or be present with his family
It doesn’t have to be that way
If the idea of looking better, feeling more confident, being happier and experiencing a lot more energy doesn’t appeal to you…
Then maybe realising that your business will never outperform you will be enough to encourage a change

The only way you can do what you need to do whilst maintaining balance across other areas of your life…
Is by heightening your concentration, increasing focus, and creating a state of flow during the limited opportunities you get
Your ability to lock in doesn’t happen by chance. It does not occur organically
Your emotional brain is wired to keep you comfortable, lazy and inefficient
Technology is designed to rob you of your attention
Your workspace doesn’t provide the right environment for you to lock in
The way you schedule your work blocks is working against your neurobiology
What you do with your to-do list is keeping you distracted
Comment “EFFICIENT” below and I’ll show you how to sharpen your mind so you can get more done in less time
So you can buy back time doing the things that matter most
