As summer fades and the evenings begin to get a little cooler, we’re swapping sunny days for cosy moments, warm coffees and that fresh autumn feeling…

September…… A new month, the beginning of a new school year and as the nights begin to draw in its time for us to find our routine again.

Our refreshed studio timetable launches from Monday 7th September where you will find new classes, new evening times and some new later evening classes too.

As a saying goes…. “If nothing changes, nothing changes”. Are you stuck in a rut of doing the same week in week out and not seeing results? This is your time to mix it up, change your routine, try a new class and make that time for you.

From high energy high burn Ign1te Strike through to brand new Stretch and mobility classes, Strength & conditioning, Battlebox Fusion and Meditation, there is something for everyone to help you reach your goals.
