IN THE FITTING ROOM - PART 4 ✨
We have our girl back in this season for her latest bikini fitting.
Emily has been coming to me since 2019/20 and we have such a good relationship that I know her style, what designs she likes and how her body works … we have always gone for a Sweetheart Large cup but in recent years Emily switched up her training and approach to prep and her physique transformed earning her Pro Card 💪🏽✨
Last year we tried switching up the top to a Fabric Triangle top with a padded insert.. This was my suggestion as I felt she wasn’t filling out the large cup as much and it may be a better option but Emily missed the fullness she got with the cup so after our initial consult at the start of our session I agreed we should switch back but I wanted to see if I could get her into a Medium cup instead of a Large.
Emily is right between both sizes and in previous seasons would spill out of the medium but now….. let’s just say I think this will be her best look yet!
It’s not uncommon for you to drop a cup size after a few years developing your physique, the breasts don’t return the way they used to and sometimes getting refitted is always worth it just to ensure you’re adapting your styling as your physique adapts 😉

They really thought they ate and left no crumbs 😂
Back again with the “INSIDE THE FITTING ROOM” series and we have who competed for the first time in Toned Figure back in 2024, and after a year growing she’s returning to the stage in Athletic Figure 💪🏽
Last time we went for a Fabric Top in size Large, without a padded insert… This year we decided to size Ellie down into a Medium Fabric top and include a padded insert to make it look a bit more structured. This helped make the delts pop more and enhance her chest width.
We revisited the Sweetheart Cup again to remind ourselves of how it looked and to see if we preferred this style but agreed it just hid the lats too much and we really want to show them off now she’s gone up a category!
Hope you’ve found these little videos useful in determining which style bra is best for you… let us know if you want to see more!
We’re back with another instalment of “Inside the Fitting Room” and we have our client .searle who is back after a year off and taking on her 2nd season as a Wellness athlete.
When Katy first came to me back in 2024 we had gone for a Sweetheart Cup as she was less conditioned her first season so her breasts were a little fuller and could support our smallest size. As she’s spend a good year growing and developing her physique she has gained more experience and managed to become more conditioned this time around revealing how petite she actually is in her chest width. As a result the smallest size in our Sweetheart Cup now dominates her upper body and as a wellness athlete we need the lower to look more dominating than the top.
We tried a Fabric Triangle top with a padded insert and this gave us a bit more width to her upper as we are able to ruche the top in to just the desired the width. As a result her top line look more balanced and lats are more exposed.
A favourite line of mine is that you want to look like YOU’RE wearing the bikini and that the bikini isn’t wearing YOU! 👙✨
Do you agree? Which top do you think looked better?

IN THE FITTING ROOM with
Kerry is returning to Black Ice after purchasing her first bikini back in 2024. Back then, it was Kerry’s first season. An accident was made and we mistakenly made her bikini in a Medium cup when she was actually a Large. We remade the top with no issues, but after watching Kerry compete over the past 2 years in the same bikini, I felt her framework supported a smaller size after her body composition has changed with more experience and training under her belt.
2 years later we’re back trying on the Medium Sweetheart Cup along with the fabric triangle cup to see which is best. We agreed dropping down a size was the right choice for her as she’s only 5ft tall.
As for the bottoms… we know Kerry’s torso suits the U shape better, her lower obliques are on level with her p***c line and she has narrow hips so when wearing a V cut they tends to slide down causing the V shape to bow and not look as good as the U.
It’s always best to dress for your only body shape and not always follow the trends.,.. what do you think?
