Tyldesley Swimming & Water Polo Club

Well what a night of celebrations.

First up was the 149th annual club championship presentation night with swimmers, parents, guardians & grandparents celebrating the swimmers achievements.

From swimmers competing for the very first time, to those who achieved personal best times, to those who broke records.

New Record Holders were

Charley Kelleher in 10 year 200m IM
Esme Stafford in 10 year
100m Freestyle
James Toone in 12 years 100m Butterfly
Oliver Abson in 14 years
200m Butterfly
Mitchell Leek in Open Age 50m & 200m Backstroke
with Mitch, James & Oliver able to compete in the same age groups again in 2027.

Big thank you must go to Alan Stafford "man of the moment" in ensuring all the trophies were in a presentable condition for the swimmers and to Diane Stafford for sorting the trophies & medals in readiness for the night.

Big shout out as well who sponsored new trophies.
