Congratulations to FirstPoint athlete Kayolan Stoyanov who has committed to NCAA DIII Franklin College in Indiana.

Kayolan is a talented baseball player who represented the Bulgarian National Team at U18s level. A first baseman, he played for his country at last year’s European U18 Championships, and competes for his home club, Lions NSA, helping them to a runner-up finish in last season’s Bulgarian National Championships.

He joins the Franklin College Baseball this Fall, to play under head coach Lance Marshall. The Grizzlies compete in the Heartland Conference and finished with a 23-19 record last season, winning 8 out of their last 10 regular season games and progressing to the HCAC Tournament .

We wish you every success as a student-athlete at Franklin Grizzlies and look forward to following your progress as a collegiate baseball player!

FirstPoint alum Lachlan Teissier’s college pathway has taken a different route! Starting out at Scotch College in Perth, Lachlan secured a placement at the University of Arizona as a second-row forward for the Wildcats rugby team.

After making an immediate impact on the field in his freshman season for Arizona Rugby, his athleticism caught the attention of the Arizona football coaching staff—earning him a spot on the Wildcats football roster to compete in the Big 12 conference this season!

2026: NCAA Division I Football at the University of Arizona (Big 12)
