🍂 FLOW & GLOW — THE WOMAN WITHIN 🍂
✨ An Autumn Equinox day to reconnect, recharge & rediscover yourself.
As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox, day and night stand in balance. A beautiful reminder that life isn’t always about doing, achieving and pushing forwards. There are times to expand, and times to soften, turn inward and let go.
And autumn invites us to do just that. 🍁
Flow & Glow is an afternoon for women to pause, reconnect and create space for themselves. Reflect on what’s holding you back, move the body, rest the mind and connect with other women, sharing experiences, uplifting each other and tapping back into the best version of yourself.
A chance to release what no longer serves you, acknowledge how far you’ve come and gently turn your energy inward as we prepare for the darker, slower months ahead.
Together, we’ll explore balance, release, self-worth, inner strength and feminine energy, weaving these themes through yoga, breathwork and a deeply restorative sound bath.
🧘♀️ Yoga, grounding, flowing movement inspired by the transition into autumn, creating balance between strength & softness.
🎶 Sound Bath, surrender, stillness and reflection, allowing the nervous system to settle and giving yourself permission to simply be.
❄️ Outdoor Cold Plunge, step beyond your comfort zone and discover just how powerful you are.
🔥 Infrared & Traditional Sauna, warmth, rest & restoration.
🍰 Home-baked treats & connection, nourishment, laughter, friendship and women coming together.
🎁 Goody bag, a little piece of the afternoon to take home.
This is for you if you’re feeling depleted after a busy summer, craving a reset, or simply recognising that you need some time that belongs entirely to YOU.
You don’t need to arrive feeling calm, flexible, strong or centred.
Just arrive as you are. 🤎
Come and flow, release, reconnect & glow alongside a beautiful community of women.

You may have noticed a little name change… baby wren yoga & massage is becoming Jenni Wren Yoga.
After many years of pregnancy, baby yoga & baby massage, I’m moving into a new chapter with more focus on adult yoga, restorative yoga, wellbeing & women’s wellness, sound and breath work.
Baby Wren will always have a huge piece of my heart. 🧡 I’m so grateful for every mum, baby and family who has been part of the journey.
The name is changing, but it’s still me, my love of yoga, and that same warm, welcoming energy.

☀️ Summer fun at Baby Yoga! ☀️
Just a little reminder that Thursday 23rd July will be my last Baby Yoga & massage classe at Seymour Road Academy. 💛 😢
I’d love to see as many of you as possible for one final class, so make sure you’re booked on!
It’s been such a privilege meeting so many amazing mums and babies over the last 5 years, and I’ve loved being part of your journey. While it’s sad to be closing this chapter, I’m so grateful for all the wonderful memories we’ve made together. let’s make our final baby class one to remember! 🧘♀️👶✨

Sometimes the most powerful part of our practice is simply allowing ourselves to rest.
Dune Pose is one of my favourite restorative shapes. Supported by props, it gently encourages the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the nervous system to settle.
✨ A few of its beautiful benefits:
🤍 Calms the nervous system
🌿 Releases tension in the back, shoulders, ribs and hips
🌬️ Encourages slow, easy breathing
💛 Supports deep rest and restoration
A gentle reminder that rest isn’t something we have to earn, it’s something we need.
✨ There is strength in slowing down.

After an amazing weekend at my restorative yoga teacher training, I taught my first restorative practice this evening David Lloyd Cheadle bringing some of what I’d learnt into class for the very first time.
Restorative yoga is a reminder that we don’t always need to do more. Sometimes we simply need to slow down, breathe, and allow ourselves to rest.
The benefits are that it calms the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety, supporting recovery, improving sleep, and giving both the body and mind the chance to truly restore. Definitely what we need after a full on Monday or those who stayed up to watch England vs Mexico. ⚽️
Thank you to everyone who came along tonight and trusted me to try something new. I’m so excited to continue learning and sharing this beautiful practice. 🤍✨
