This was earlier this week and not only has done it a huge 4 months early, but she said she was aiming for just 1 rep, but only went and smashed out a massive 5 reps!! 😱🙌👏

Us coaches have really enjoyed getting involved in a few of these recently, it adds an extra dimension to our coaches, and the members get to see that we suffer doing these kinds of sessions too 😂😮‍💨
