at the Lyme Midsummer Trail 10K! 🏳️🌈💚🏳️⚧️🏰
Postponed to August from midsummer proper because of the heatwaves, we got a great turnout yesterday evening from members at this tricky yet gloriously scenic race. Thank you Run North West for yet another brilliant event!

A from Hell (in a good way) 🔥😈
We didn’t just have runners in Glasgow this weekend – our member Stan went and took on the Inferno, Edale’s Ring of Hell Marathon, a trail marathon featuring 1900 m of elevation round Hope Valley in the Peak District. Well done Stan, and congrats on the top 5 finish! 🥳

MFR do OutRun in Glasgow 🏳️🌈🏴🏳️⚧️
This weekend saw a small yet mighty cohort of us visiting Glasgow for the OutRun race, hosted by our fellow LGBTQ+ run club, Glasgow FrontRunners! 😀 As well as the race, there was also the fabulous ceilidh on the Saturday evening, plus the club run (with incorporated city tour) and brunch on the Sunday morning!
Thank you so much to all the Glasgow Frontrunners for being so welcoming and putting on a great event. Here’s to many future visits north of the border! 🎉🥳

Well done to all our runners who ran with us this Thursday evening. Next week Thursday run will be our traditional “Pride Eve” run where we alter our Bridgewater Canal route to incorporate the length of Canal Street, with all of us running loud and proud as Manchester’s LGBTQ+ run club.
