‼️Calling ALL Swim England North West clubs with either British or Home Nations Summer Championships Qualifiers (or both)‼️

Following the weekly update email which was sent out to all clubs on Friday, this is a quick reminder that we are looking to pull together a celebratory 'reel' on our website & socials to include as many photos as possible of the North West Region's British and Home Nations Summer Championships Qualifiers taking place this summer.

We are asking either club Chairs, Secretaries or Head Coaches ONLY (not from parents) to send through to us via email any 'group' photos they may have of their qualifying athletes so we can do a mass post on our website/social media platforms over the next few days to celebrate the achievements of our clubs and athletes. Individual photographs will only be published for clubs with a single qualifier.

Important - any photos sent, must have parental consent and all athletes must be wearing suitable clothing. Any photo deemed unsuitable will not be posted. A list of names of all qualifying athletes and which competition they have qualified for is required and confirmation that we are able to use the photograph - email photos and information to: [email protected]

We did originally provide a 9am deadline for today, but would be grateful if these photos could be sent by 9am on Wednesday morning at the latest.

Swim England Aquatics Coach Mentoring Programme is open for applications for 2026 - 2027.

This is a great opportunity for coaches to learn, develop and grow in their role and work with experienced mentors in the region.

Congratulations to all our North West Clubs and Athletes that took part in the Swim England National Artistic Swimming Combo Cup 2026 last weekend.

There were some outstanding performances on show, and congratulations to City of Salford SSC for making history by being crowned Champions for a record-breaking fifth time!

North West Thunder delivered a brilliant all‑round performance to become the U16 Girls Inter Regional Champions for 2026!

The U16 Girls Inter-Regional Championships were held at the Liverpool Aquatics Centre this weekend the 4-5th July 2026, Group A features hosts North West Thunder, alongside West Midland Warriors, South East, and London Sharks.
