A huge well done to Astrid Ursula and Reece who competed at the Dutch European Trials last week in Eindhoven. It was more valuable senior international experience for the 3 swimmers who all recorded PBs and 13 finals between them!

Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) - Swimming | Swim England The Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE) is a unique and industry-leading programme delivered by Swim England in conjunction with Loughborough College.

This weekend Lilly-Rose and Megan attended the Swim England National Youth Development Programme having been selected from their performances nationally. The camp took place in Loughborough with the girls training amongst the best swimmers across the country. Life Leisure UK arena Water Instinct UK 🇬🇧

Well done to our 6 swimmers who raced at open water regionals. Many racing for the first time but they did a superb job!
