Who is the other woman?
Not the one he’s texting.
Not the one you’re comparing yourself to, or the one you think you’re supposed to become.
It’s the version that’s been neglected.
The one who wants to dance without trying to look good.
To feel sexy without needing anyone’s approval.
To laugh loudly.
To lose yourself in music.
To take up space.
To feel your body instead of analysing it.
She’s the woman underneath it all.
But she didn’t disappear.
She’s been waiting for you to turn the music up.
And here’s the thing…
this isn’t just about women.
It’s that wild, playful part of you.
The Other Woman isn’t someone we need to find.
She’s someone we come back to.
Maybe it’s time 🤍

Thursday is when I start to feel it
~I’ve barely seen other people all week
I miss faces + being around people
Sometimes I don’t even need to talk to them, I just need to feel their energy
Working from home has its pros
But end-of-the-month-itis is keeping me there!
So here we are
Tunes again
& a kitchen disco
Creating a little bit of the party I’m missing. 🪩

My life has become less how it looks
More how it feels
I’ve always loved those wild, spontaneous nights out where anything could happen
Dancing with good people
Throwing parties
Creating moments where magic can happen
Turns out discovering fun was never the distraction
It was the direction 🤍
Welcome to Wild & Worthy 🪩
A space to feel more alive ✨
But then again, neither were the other nudges.
The qualification, the training, the next thing.
Always trying to become qualified enough.
This time I’m just doing what feels right.
And maybe that’s what I was missing.
We make our plans
And the universe has other ideas.
This wasn’t part of the plan.
It’s even better. ✨🪩
For the past few years, I thought escape meant getting away.
Let’s be honest, life with kids has been less kitchen disco and more dirty socks + packed lunches. Hence looking for sanctuary elsewhere.
Then came the irony.
Chuck a set of decks into the mix, and my kitchen has become exactly that.
Now I’m reminded that escape doesn’t always mean leaving.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll always love an adventure with my kids, as well as a wild escape with friends/solo.
But I’m finding that sometimes, the escape is creating a sanctuary right where you are.
🎧✨
Got back from London after 8 last night. A good full day, a different pace, the boys fed and I still hadn’t eaten.
The sun was shining, so I put on some slower tunes, stepped behind the decks and moved.
A chance to get out of my head and back into my body. To just feel.
That music + movement combo ✨
Maybe that’s what we’re really craving.
Not necessarily a different life.
Just moments that make us feel more alive. ✨
I kept putting this off because life always got in the way, for a long time, but something will keep calling ✨
And now it’s become a daily ritual.
A few minutes behind the decks and my mind goes completely quiet.
I used to think meditation meant sitting still.
Turns out, mine has a soundtrack.
Does your calling keep calling?

This is going to be a busy, vibey night in town and the good news is we have a very tasty, limited early bird offer! Can’t wait to see you in that liminal space on the dancefloor! ✨💛🙌
